On Variational Regularization Methods for Some Inverse Problems

Abstract

This study centers on addressing ill-posed inverse problems to restore solution stability. It focuses on Tikhonov and Total Variation (TV) regularization models. Analytically, existence and uniqueness of solutions are proved in Banach and re exive spaces using functional analysis. Practically, both models are tested in digital image restoration, with an evaluative study highlighting their di erences and ability to preserve image features.تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول المسائل العكسية سيئة الصياغة بهدف استعادة استقرار الحلول. يركز العمل على نموذجي تسوية تيخونوف و التغير الكلي؛ حيث شمل الشق النظري إثبات وجود ووحدانية الحلول في فضاءات باناخ والمنعكسة بالتحليل الدالي. وتطبيقياً، تم اختبار فاعليتهما في تحسين الصور الرقمية وإزالة التشويهات، مع تقديم دراسة تقييمية تبرز فوارقهما الجوهرية وقدرتهما على الحفاظ على معالم الصورة.
