القلق لدى مرضى السكري

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الد ارسة لمعرفة مستوى القلق لدى المرضى المصابين بمرض السكري، مع محاولة فهم الفروق في هذا المستوى وهذا تبعا لمتغيري من حيث الجنس )ذكر/انثى( ومن حيث السن )شباب، كهول، كبار السن(. ولتحقيق هذه األهداف، تم االعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة، حيث ان هذه الدراسة قد اشتملت عينتها على أربعة حاالت )ذكريين وانثيين( وهذا من تم اختيار العينة بطريقة قصدية من المرضى المصابين بمرض السكري، فقد تم استخدام أدوات الد ارسة لجمع البيانات المتمثلة في المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة واستبيان صحة المريض – اضطراب قلق العام. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: ✓ يتميز مرضى السكري بمستوى قلق معتدل. ✓ توجد فروق بين الجنسيين )انثى/ذكر( في مستوى القلق لدى مرضى السكري. ✓ توجد فروق زمنية للسن )الشباب، الكهول، كبار السن( في تقدير مستوى القلق لدى مرضى السكري." "This study aimed to determine the level of anxiety among patients with diabetes, while trying to understand the differences in this level according to two variables: gender (male/female) and age (young, middle-aged, elderly). To achieve these objectives, a case study methodology was employed. This study included a sample of four patients (two males and two females) selected purposively from among those diagnosed with diabetes. The data collection tools used were a semi-structured clinical interview and a patient health questionnaire – Generalized Anxiety Disorder questionnaire. The study results were as follows: -Diabetics typically experience moderate levels of anxiety. - There are gender differences (male/female) in anxiety levels among diabetic patients. - There are age-related differences (young adults, middle-aged adults, elderly) in perceived anxiety levels among diabetic patients."
