دور تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات في تحسين جودة اتخاذ القرار

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى أثر تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات في تحسين جودة اتخاذ القرار، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمَّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين بالوظائف الإشرافية بشركة توزيع الكهرباء – محافظات غزة والبالغ عددهم (295)، وتمَّ استخدام المسح الشامل، حيث بلغ عدد الاستبانات المستردة (277) استبانة صالحة للتحليل بنسبة استجابة (93.89%). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات وجودة اتخاذ القرار كان متوسطاً حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي (65.79%)، (60.99%) على الترتيب. تؤثر أبعاد تكنوستراتيجية ادارة المعلومات في جودة اتخاذ القرار وقد فسرت ما نسبته (62.5%) من التغير في المتغير التابع، وكان بعد (البنية التحتية لنظم المعلومات) تأثيره ضعيف. وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على دراسة احتياجات العاملين من التدريب في تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات، وتوجيههم للتدريب الداخلي أو الخارجي والاستعانة بذوي الاختصاص والخبرات. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنوستراتيجية إدارة المعلومات، جودة اتخاذ القرار. This study aimed to identify the impact of the techno-strategy of information management on improving the quality of decision-making among employees at the Gaza Governorates Electricity Distribution Company. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study population consisted of all supervisory employees at the company, totaling 295 individuals. A comprehensive survey method was adopted, and 277 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis, with a response rate of 93.89%. The study results indicated that the levels of both the techno-strategy of information management and decision-making quality were moderate, with relative weights of 65.79% and 60.99%, respectively. Furthermore, the findings revealed a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the techno-strategy of information management on the quality of decision-making, explaining 62.5% of the variance in the dependent variable. The "information systems infrastructure" dimension showed a weak effect. The study recommended assessing the training needs of employees in the field of information management technostrategy, guiding them towards internal or external training, and utilizing specialists and expert's.
