الذكاء الاجتماعي وعلاقته باتخاذ القرار لدى مستشاري التوجيه: دراسة ميدانية على عينة مستشاري التوجيه بولاية الوادي

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي واتخاذ القرار لدى مستشاري التوجيه بمجموعة من المتوسطات والثانويات بولاية الوادي.أجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية من المستشارين حيث قدر حجمها ب (20) مستشار ومستشارة, وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي, ولجمع البيانات اعتمدنا على مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي لدكتور السيد محمد أبو هاشم (2008) ومقياس اتخاذ القرار للباحثان ليث كريم حمد و هيثم قاسم عبد الرزاق (2014) , وبعد التحصيل الإحصائي توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: _ توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين المهارات الاجتماعية واتخاذ القرار لدى مستشاري التوجيه. _ توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الوعي الاجتماعي واتخاذ القرار لدى مستشاري التوجيه. _ توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين مهارة حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار لدى مستشاري التوجيه. _ توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي واتخاذ القرار لدى مستشاري التوجيه. "" This study aimed to investigate the relationship between social intelligence and decision-making among guidance counselors in a selection of middle and high schools in the Wilaya of El Oued. The study was conducted on a purposive sample of 20 male and female counselors. A descriptive correlational method was employed, and data were collected using the Social Intelligence Scale by Dr. El-Sayed Mohamed Abu Hashem (2008) and the Decision-Making Scale developed by researchers Laith Kareem Hamad and Haitham Qasim Abdulrazzaq (2014). Following statistical analysis, the study yielded the following results: - There is a positive correlation between social skills and decision-making among guidance counselors. - There is a positive correlation between social awareness and decision-making among guidance counselors. - There is a positive correlation between problem-solving skills and decision-making among guidance counselors. - There is a positive correlation between social intelligence and decision-making among guidance counselors.
