تصميم برنامج ارشادي مقترح لتنمية الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمي الأقسام الخاصة المدمجة في المدارس الابتدائية في ضوء احتياجاتهم المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية -دراسة تحليلية في سياق الدمج التربوي-

Abstract

"تهدف الدراسة الحالية تصميم برنامج ارشادي مقترح لتنمية الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمي الأقسام الخاصة في ضوء احتياجاتهم المعرفية الوجدانية والسلوكية، استخدمت الطالبات منهجا تحليليا وصفيا، حيث تم اجراء دراسة استطلاعية على عينة قصدية قوامها 17 معلما من معلمي الأقسام الخاصة بولاية الوادي اختيرت بأسلوب الحصر الشامل ، طبق عليها استبيان الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي الدمج في المدارس الابتدائية لرصد احتياجات المعلمين، تمحور الاستبيان حول خمسة محاور تتمثل في احتياجات عامة عن الدمج التربوي واحتياجات سيكولوجية وصفية واحتياجات تدريسية وأخرى خاصة بعملية التقويم و التعامل مع اولياء امور ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتم استخدام المقابلة البحثية لإثراء نتائج الاستبيان. وتم معالجتها احصائيا باستخدام وتم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: -أن معلمي الأقسام الخاصة لديهم احتياجات معرفية للدمج التربوي و احتياجات وجدانية ( سيكولوجية وصفية) واحتياجات سلوكية ( تدريسية ـ التقويم ـ واساليب التعامل مع أولياء الامور ) مرتفعة . مما يدل على وجود احتياجات تدريبية واضحة وجوهرية. بناء على هذه النتائج تم تصميم برنامج ارشادي مقترح تضمن 15 جلسة تركز على تنمية الكفاءة المهنية للمعلمين بــأبعادها الثلاثة المعرفية، الوجدانية، السلوكية. واختتمت الدراسة بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات العلمية لتحسين تكوين معلمي الأقسام الخاصة ودعمهم في سياق الدمج التربوي وايضا اجل جمع البيانات ايضا استخدمنا المقابلة النصف موجهة. ان التصور الذي قمنا بأعداده لمعلمي الأقسام الخاصة ما هو الا ثمرة وخلاصة الاحتياجات التي التمسناها من الدراسة الاستطلاعية والميدانية، نرجو تطبيقها لمعرفة مدى فاعليتها في دراسات مستقبلية قريبة" "The current study aims to design a proposed guidance program to develop the professional competence of special education teachers in light of their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. The students used a descriptive analytical approach, where a survey study was conducted on a purposive sample of 17 special education teachers in the state of El Oued, selected using a comprehensive inventory method. A questionnaire on the training needs of integration teachers in primary schools was applied to monitor teachers' needs. The questionnaire revolved around five axes: general needs for educational integration, descriptive psychological needs, teaching needs, and others related to the evaluation process and dealing with parents of people with special needs. A research interview was used to enrich the results of the questionnaire. It was statistically processed using SPSS, and the results showed statistically significant differences between the arithmetic mean and the hypothetical mean in all axes. The following results were reached: Integration teachers in primary schools, to develop professional competence, have high needs for educational integration, descriptive psychological needs, and behavioral needs (teaching - evaluation - and methods of dealing with parents). This indicates the existence of clear and fundamental training needs. Based on these results, a guidance program was designed that included 14 sessions focusing on developing teachers' professional competence in its three dimensions: cognitive, affective, and behavioral. The study concluded by presenting a set of scientific recommendations to improve the training of special education teachers and support them in the context of academic integration. We also used semi-structured interviews to collec data.The vision we developed for special education teachers is nothing but the fruit and summary of the needs we identified from the exploratory and field study. We hope to apply it to determine its effectiveness in future studies"
