طبيعة اتجاه الطلبة نحو المرافقة البيداغوجية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج بجامعة الوادي

Abstract

"هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة المقبلين على التخرج نحو المرافقة البيداغوجية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات: الجنس, التخصص الدراسي, الطور التعليمي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي المقارن لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع محل الدراسة, واختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية طبقية مكوّنة من(150) طالبا وطالبة جامعية مقبلون على التخرج(ليسانس, ماستر), أما لمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS,25), وقد كانت النتائج على النحو الآتي: 1_ اتجاه الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج إيجابي نحو المرافقة البيداغوجية. 2_ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاه الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو المرافقة البيداغوجية باختلاف الجنس. 3_ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في طبيعة اتجاه الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو المرافقة البيداغوجية اختلاف التخصص الدراسي. 4_ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في طبيعة اتجاه الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج نحو المرافقة البيداغوجية باختلاف الطور التعليمي. وقد تم تفسير نتائج الدراسة بناء على الخلفية النظرية للدراسة، وبعض الملاحظات المستقاة من الميدان. "The present study aimed to explore the nature of graduating university students' attitudes toward pedagogical support in light of several variables: gender, academic specialization, and level of education. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive, exploratory, and comparative method was employed due to its suitability for the subject under investigation. A stratified random sample of 150 graduating students (Bachelor’s and Master’s levels) was selected. For data analysis, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 25) was used. The findings were as follows: 1. Graduating students generally held positive attitudes toward pedagogical support. 2. There were statistically significant differences in students’ attitudes toward pedagogical support based on gender. 3. There were statistically significant differences in students’ attitudes toward pedagogical support based on academic specialization. 4. There were statistically significant differences in students’ attitudes toward pedagogical support based on educational level. The results of the study were interpreted based on the theoretical framework of the study and some observations derived from the field.
