Abstract

" هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين جودة الحياة والتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط، حيث انطلقت من سؤال مفاده: ""هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة احصائية بين جودة الحياة والتوافق المهني لأساتذة التعليم متوسط؟ وقد شملت عينة الدراسة (150) أستاذ وأستاذة للتعليم المتوسط، واستخدم الباحث أداتين للدراسة وهما : مقياس جودة الحياة لمنظمة الصحة العالمية (1997) ترجمة وتقنين (عبد المجيد بن صالح حمد المضحي 2017)، ومقياس التوافق المهني (لكميليا لشموري2017) ، وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون، من أجل معالجة البيانات وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين جودة الحياة في بعدها الصحة الجسمية والتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين جودة الحياة في بعدها الصحة النفسية والتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين جودة الحياة في بعدها العلاقات الاجتماعية والتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين جودة الحياة في بعدها البيئة والتوافق المهني لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط.

"This study aimed to explore the relationship between quality of life and professional adjustment for middle school teachers. It began with the question: ""Is there a true relationship between quality of life and . professional adjustment for middle school teachers?"" The study sample included (150) middle school teachers, both male or female. The researcher used two tools for this study: the World Health Organization's Quality of Life Scale (1997), translated and the Professional Adjustment Scale (Al-Kamilia Al-Shamori (2017), prepared by the researchers. The descriptive approach was applied and the Pearson correlation coefficients was used to process the data. The following results really were obtained: • There is a statistically significant correlation between quality of life in physical health dimension and professional adjustment for middle school teachers. • There is a statistically significant correlation between quality of life in mental health dimension and professional adjustment for middle school teachers. • There is a statistically significant correlation between quality of life in its psychological health dimension and professional adjustment among middle school teachers. Social Relationships and Professional Adjustment among Middle School Teachers. • There is a statistically significant correlation between the environmental dimension of quality of life and professional adjustment among middle school teachers."
