اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو استخدام إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه الاستكشافي والمقارن. ولتحقيق أغراض البحث قامت الباحثتين باستخدام أداة الدراسة الاستبانة للباحثة لينا على 2011 وتم تطبيقها على أساتذة المقاطعة الإدارية المقارين مديرية التربية لولاية توقرت، على عينة متكونة من 100 أستاذ وأستاذة. وقد جرت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي Spssوتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1- أن اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو إستراتيجية التعلم التعاوني ايجابية. 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التعلم التعاوني باختلاف الجنس. 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التعلم التعاوني باختلاف خبرتهم المهنية. "This study aims to reveal the real role that school communication plays in the development of the profile using the relational descriptive approach. The study sample is composed of 70 4MS learners in a transversal way using a data collection tool: the measure of ( TOUMI, 2019). The results of the study show that:  There is a correlation between school communication and profile development of the study sample.  There is a correlation between school communication in its educational dimension and the development of the personal profile of the study sample.  There is a correlation between the psychological dimension of school communication and the development of personal profile of the study sample.  There is a correlation between the academic dimension of school communication and the development of personal profile of the study sample.  There is a correlation between the professional dimension of school communication and the development of the personal profile in the study sample." "This study aimed to identify the attitudes of primary school teachers towards the use of cooperative learning strategy, and the descriptive method was adopted,utilizing both exploratory and comparative approaches. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers used the study tool, a questionnaire by researcher Lina Ali 2011, which was applied to teachers of the administrative district of the Directorate of Education of the Wilaya of Touggourt, on a sample consisting of 100 male and female teachers. The results were statistically processed using the statistical program (Spss), and the following results were reached: 1- The attitudes of primary school teachers towards the cooperative learning strategies are positive. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of primary school teachers towards cooperative learning according to gender. 3- There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of primary school teachers towards cooperative learning according to their professional experience."
