Abstract

واجه المؤسسات التعليمية الحديثة تحديات متزايدة في إدارة الدخول إلى أنظمتها الرقمية المتعددحسابات وكلمات مرور متكررة، ما يؤدي إلى تشتّت التجربة، ضعف الأمان، وتضخم في الأعباء التقنية. في جامعة الوادي، تتجلى هذه الإشكالية بوضوح من خلال صعوبة الوصول الموحد إلى خدمات مثل البريد الجامعي، التعليم عن بعد، ونظام الموظفين. انطلاقًا من هذه الحاجة الملحّة، تقترح هذه المذكرة رؤية متكاملة لحل فعّال وذكي، يتمثل في نظام تسجيل دخول موحد (SSO) يُمكّن المستخدم من الوصول إلى كل خدماته من خلال عملية دخول واحدة فقط. هذا الحل لا يُبسّط فقط تجربة الاستخدام، بل يرفع من الكفاءة، يُعزّز الأمان، ويمنح الإدارة قدرة أكبر على التحكم في الهويات والصلاحيات. تجمع هذه الدراسة بينة، حيث يجد المستخدم نفسه مجبرًا على التعامل مع تشخيص دقيق للواقع، وتحليل منهجي للحلول الممكنة، وصولًا إلى تصميم عملي يراعي خصوصيات البيئة الجامعية. إنها دعوة لانتقال سلس نحو بيئة رقمية أكثر تماسكًا وذكاءً، يكون فيها الدخول إلى المعرفة والخدمة أبسط وأكثر أمانًا.

This study combines a precise diagnosis of the current situation with a systematic analysis of potential solutions, leading to a practical design tailored to the specific needs of the university environment. It is a call for a smooth transition toward a more cohesive and intelligent digital ecosystem, where access to knowledge and services becomes simpler and more secure.odern educational institutions face increasing challenges in managing access to their multiple digital systems, where users often find themselves compelled to handle numerous accounts and passwords. This leads to a fragmented experience, weakened security, and increased technical burdens. At the University of El Oued, this issue is clearly evident in the difficulty of unified access to services such as university email, distance learning platforms, and staff management systems. In response to this pressing need, this thesis proposes an integrated, intelligent solution in the form of a Single Sign-On (SSO) system that enables users to access all their services through a single login process. This solution not only simplifies the user experience but also enhances efficiency, strengthens security, and provides the administration with greater control over identities and permissions.
