الضغوط النفسية لدى الممرضين في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة ميدانية: على عينة من الممرضين بالقطاع الصحي- الوادي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة بالعربية: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الضغوط النفسية لدى الممرضين في ظل جائحة كورونا حيث تمت الدراسة الميدانية على عينة من الممرضين بالقطاع الصحي- الوادي. تم إجراء الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، على عينة قوامها (36) ممرض وممرضة. ولقد تم معالجة النتائج بالاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية spss. وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: - وجود ضغوط نفسية متوسطة لدى الممرضين في ظل جائحة كورونا. - لا توجد فروق في الضغوط النفسية حسب متغير الجنس لدى الممرضين في ظل جائحة كورونا. - لا توجد فروق في الضغوط النفسية حسب متغير الخبرة لدى الممرضين في ظل جائحة كورونا.

Abstract:

The current study aims to reveal the psychological pressures of nurses in light of the Corona pandemic, as the field study was conducted on a sample of nurses in the health sector - Al-Wadi. The study was conducted based on the descriptive approach, on a sample of (36) male and female nurses. The results were processed using the spss statistical package. - The presence of moderate psychological stress among nurses in light of the Corona pandemic. - There are no differences in psychological stress according to the sex variable among nurses in light of the Corona pandemic. - There are no differences in psychological stress according to the variable of experience among nurses in light of the Corona pandemic.
