Abstract

ىدفت ىذه الدارسة إلى أىم النقاط المتعلقة بحوكمة المؤسسات المصرفية بصفة خاصة، وأعمال لجنة بازل للرقابة المصرفية في مجال الحوكمة في القطاع المصرفي، كذلك واقع حوكمة المؤسسات المصرفية في البنوك الجزائرية وبيئة الأعمال بها ولتحقيق أىداف الدراسة تم تغطية الجانب النظري من خلال الاطلاع على الكتب والمؤتمرات أما الجانب الميداني (SPSS). والدراسات العلمية، بينما الجانب الميداني فقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للدراسة فقد تم الاعتماد على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، من خلالو تم التوصل إلى النتائج تتلخص في أن مستوى تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة المؤسسات المصرفية وقواعدىا في البنوك الجزائرية )وكالات الوادي العينة المدروسة( وأثرىا في تحسين بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية متوسط عموماThis study aimed to tackle the most important points particularly related to the governance of banking institutions, in addition to the works of BAZEL committee on banking supervision concerning the governance field within the banking sector, as well as; the actuality of banking institution governance in Algerian banks and the environment of businesses. In order to achieve the set purposes of this study, we covered all the related books, conferences, and scientific studies in the theoretical part, while in the practical part we followed an analytical descriptive approach. we applied the field side of this study was based on the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), from which we reached the following results, as stated briefly; the level of applying the governance principles of banking institutions and its set basics in Algerian banks ( the studied Sample from El Oued Agencies) as well as its affect to improve the Algerian business environment, was average in general
