القيمة المدركة و الرضا عن الحياة في السياحة العلاجية للجزائريين وجهة تونس

Abstract

"تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول العلاقة التفاعلية بين تجربة السياحة العلاجية في تونس، كما يدركها السائح العلاجي الجزائري، وبين مستوى الرضا العام عن الحياة. واستنادًا إلى نموذج القيمة المدركة بأبعاده الأربعة (الاقتصادية، الوظيفية، العاطفية، الاجتماعية)، سعت الدراسة إلى اختبار فرضيات علمية من خلال أدوات كمية وتحليلية متقدمة، أبرزها نموذج ""الغابة العشوائية"" لتحديد أهمية المتغيرات المؤثرة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين التجربة العلاجية المدركة إيجابيًا والرضا عن الحياة، حيث تبين أن البعدين الاقتصادي والعاطفي لهما التأثير الأكبر، يليهما الاجتماعي والوظيفي. كما أوضحت النتائج أن النية السلوكية المستقبلية (الرغبة في التكرار، التوصية للآخرين) ترتبط ارتباطًا وثيقًا بالشعور العام بالرضا. وبذلك تقدم هذه الدراسة إسهامًا علميًا يربط بين الصحة والسياحة والبعد النفسي والاجتماعي، مقترحة توصيات لتحسين التجربة العلاجية بشكل شامل وإنساني، ومؤكدة أن الرضا عن الحياة يمكن أن يُعاد بناؤه من خلال تجربة طبية إيجابية. "This study revolves around the interactive relationship between the medical tourism experience in Tunisia, as perceived by Algerian medical tourists, and the overall level of life satisfaction. Based on the Perceived Value Model with its four dimensions (economic, functional, emotional, and social), the study aimed to test scientific hypotheses using advanced quantitative and analytical tools, most notably the ""Random Forest"" model to determine the importance of influencing variables. The study concluded that there is a strong positive correlation between a positively perceived medical experience and life satisfaction, revealing that the economic and emotional dimensions have the greatest impact, followed by the social and functional dimensions. The results also showed that future behavioral intention (willingness to repeat the experience, recommending it to others) is closely linked to overall life satisfaction. Thus, this study makes a scientific contribution by linking health, tourism, and psychosocial aspects. It proposes recommendations to enhance the medical experience in a comprehensive and human-centered manner, affirming that life satisfaction can be reconstructed through a positive medical experience.
