الوحدة النفسية وعلاقتها بالاكتئاب لدى المسنين

Abstract

"ملخص الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على علاقة الوحدة النفسية بالاكتئاب لدى المسنين في بلدية الدبيلة وعما اذا كان هناك فروق تعزى إلى مغيرات(الجنس، العمر)، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، و تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على مقياسي الوحدة النفسية لهبة محمود سامي (2022)، و مقياس الاكتئاب لهبة عبد الحسين مناضل(2017)، و التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية، حيث طبق على عينة قصدية مكونة من (31) مسن و مسنة ولمعالجة بيانات الدراسة استخدمنا كل من المتوسط الحسابي و الانحراف المعياري و معامل ارتباط بيرسون و اختبار كا2 و اختبار Z و اختبار ت, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: لا يوجد اختلاف بين مستويات الوحدة النفسية لدى المسنين. لا يوجد اختلاف بين مستويات الاكتئاب لدى المسنين. توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الوحدة النفسية و الاكتئاب لدى المسنين. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين الذكور و الإناث من المسنين على مقياس الوحدة النفسية. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين الذكور و الإناث من المسنين على مقياس الاكتئاب. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين المسنين على مقياس الوحدة النفسية تعزى لمتغير العمر. لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين المسنين على مقياس الاكتئاب تعزى لمتغير العمر." "Study Summary: The current study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological loneliness and depression among the elderly in the municipality of Debila, and to determine whether there were differences attributable to the variables of gender and age. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlational method was adopted. The study relied on the Psychological Loneliness Scale developed by Hiba Mahmoud Sami (2022) and the Depression Scale developed by Hiba Abdul Hussein Munadel (2017), after verifying their psychometric properties. The scales were administered to a purposive sample consisting of 31 elderly males and females.To analyze the study data, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, Chi-square test, Z-test, and t-test were used. The study reached the following results: There was no difference in the levels of psychological loneliness among the elderly. There was no difference in the levels of depression among the elderly. There was a correlational relationship between psychological loneliness and depression among the elderly. There were no statistically significant differences between elderly males and females on the Psychological Loneliness Scale. There were no statistically significant differences between elderly males and females on the Depression Scale. There were no statistically significant differences among the elderly on the Psychological Loneliness Scale attributable to the age variable. There were no statistically significant differences among the elderly on the Depression Scale attributable to the age variable."
