التحول الرقمي وأثره على التنظيم الاجتماعي للعمل دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية –تقرت

Abstract

الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة أثر التحول الرقمي على التنظيم الاجتماعي داخل المؤسسات الصحية الجوارية بتقرت، انطلاقا دراسة العلاقة بين استخدام التقنيات الرقمية والتغيرات التنظيمية والمهنية داخل المؤسسة. اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقمنا باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة دراسة بعينة قدرها 249 موظفًا. كما تمت معالجة البيانات وتحليلها ببرنامج SPSS بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية مثل معامل ألفا كرونباخ، اختبار T. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التحول الرقمي والتنظيم الاجتماعي، اذ ساهمت الأنظمة الرقمية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي وتسريع إنجاز المهام وتعزيز فعالية الاتصال الإداري، مستوى التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسة جاء بدرجة متوسطة مع استمرار بعض الصعوبات. تم قبول جميع فرضيات الدراسة، اذن التحول الرقمي مهم في تطوير الأداء التنظيمي داخل المؤسسات الصحية. The aim of this study is to identify the impact of digital transformation on social organization within the local public health institution in Touggourt, by examining the relationship between the use of digital technologies and the organizational and professional changes within the institution. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and a questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool on a sample of 249 employees. The data were processed and analyzed using the SPSS program through several statistical methods such as Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient and the T-test. The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between digital transformation and social organization, as digital systems contributed to improving job performance, accelerating task completion, and enhancing the effectiveness of administrative communication. The level of digital transformation within the institution was found to be moderate, despite the persistence of some difficulties. All study hypotheses were accepted, confirming that digital transformation plays an important role in developing organizational performance within health institutions
