Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور التكوين والتدريب في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاء لبلدية قمار (المسخرين لعملية الإحصاء العام السادس للسكن والسكان 2022)،وكان تساؤلها الرئيسي بالشكل التالي: كيف تساهم التكوين والتدريب في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاء لبلدية قمار ؟ فيما أدرجت تحته التساؤلات الفرعية على النحو التالي: • كيف يساهم المكون والمدرب في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاءلبلدية قمار؟ • كيف تساهم برامج التكوين والتدريب في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاءلبلدية قمار ؟ • كيف تساهم وسائل التكوين والتدريب في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاءلبلدية قمار ؟ أما فيما يخص الفرضيات فقد قمنا بصياغة الفرضية الرئيسية كما يلي: تساهم التكوين والتدريب بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاء لبلدية قمار والفرضيات الفرعية بالشكل التالي: • يساهم المكون والمدرب بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاء لبلدية قمار . • تساهم برامج التكوين والتدريب بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاء لبلدية قمار . • تساهم وسائل التكوين والتدريب بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاء لبلدية قمار . حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة الاستبيان والاستعانة بأدوات أخرى (الملاحظة والمقابلة)، واستخدام اسلوب المسح الشامل وكان المجتمع البحث متكون من 55مبحوث، ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التكوين والتدريب تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء لدى أعوان الإحصاء لبلدية قمار، ولهما دور فعال على أدائهم.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of the training and teamingin improving the performance of statistic agents of the unicibqlity(those engaged in the sixth general) census of housing and population of the municipality of 2022) .and its main questionwas as follows. Where the amalyticol descriptive approach and the questionnaircwer relied upon, collecting information and usingothertowls (observatiom and unterview) and using the comberthensivesurvry method the research community consisted of 55resbonndents the study con cluded that training contributes to q significant imbrovement in the berformance of the statiscs agents of munciabality of kamar.
