تأثير التمويل بالاستدانة على مخاطر المؤسسة

Abstract

" تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر التمويل بالاستدانة على مخاطر المؤسسات المدرجة في بورصة قطر، خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2021 إلى 2024، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 31 مؤسسة. وقد تم تمثيل الاستدانة بعدة نسب مالية، بينما تم قياس المخاطر عبر الانحراف المعياري لعوائد الأسهم، وتم استخدمنا نموذج تحديد البيانات Data Panel بالاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي .Eviews10 أظهرت النتائج أن هيكل الدين يلعب دورا مهما في التأثي على مستوى المخاطر، حيث تبنيّ أن الديون القصية الأجل تؤثر سلبا ومعنويا على المخاطر، مما يعني أنها تسهم في تقليل التقلبات، في حيّ أن الديون طويلة الأجل تزيد من المخاطر بشكل معنوي. في المقابل، لم تكن للنسب الإجمالية للمديونية، ولا لمؤشر تغطية الفوائد، دلالة إحصائية على المخاطر. أما مؤشر الرفع المالي فقد أظهر تأثيا سالبا ضعيفا. وتشي هذه النتائج إلى أهمية التركيز على نوعية التمويل بدلا من مستواه الكلي في التحكم في المخاطر المالية للمؤسسات.

This study aims to analyze the impact of debt financing on the risk levels of companies listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange during the period from 2021 to 2024. The sample includes 31 companies. Debt was represented through various financial ratios, while risk was measured using the standard deviation of stock returns. The analysis was conducted using Panel Data modeling through the statistical software Eviews10. The results indicate that the structure of debt plays a significant role in influencing risk levels. Short-term debt showed a significant negative impact on risk, suggesting it helps reduce volatility, whereas long-term debt significantly increases risk. In contrast, overall debt ratios and the interest coverage ratio showed no significant effect on risk. The financial leverage ratio exhibited a weak negative impact. These findings highlight the importance of focusing on the quality of financing rather than its overall level in managing corporate financial risk."
