العنوان : المعوقات السوسيوثقافية للم أ رة المقاولة وانعكاساتها على التنمية المستدامة في الج ا زئر د ا رسة ميدانية بدائرتي الشريعة وبئرمقدم ولاية تبسة. - - حظيت الم أ رة المقاولة في إش ا ركها فيي عيالم الشيغل محيور جيد مهيم فيي عليم اجتمياع تنظييم وعميل من خلال مواكبة العصيرنة والتفيتح عليى العيالم الآخير، إذ دخليت المي أ رة الج ا زئريية لمختليف منياطق البلاد في عالم المقاولاتية والذي فتح أمامها آفاق المساهمة في التنمية المستدامة فيي الج ا زئير وقيد تم الاهتمام بالم أ رة من هذا الجانب لما شاهدته من معوقات وع ا رقيل وحواجز سوسيوثقافية. ان المعوقييات والع ا رقيييل التييي تتعييرق لهييا الميي أ رة المقاوليية فييي الج ا زئيير معوقييات اجتماعييية ومعوقات ثقافية متعلقة مثلا بي اللغة، الدين، القيم، العادات، التقاليد...، فالم أ رة المقاولة تنتمي إلى محيي فييه نيوع مين الخصوصيية والتيي تعرقيل تقيدمها فيهيذا المييدان وتحيول بينهيا وبيين مشياركتها الفعلية في التنيمة المستدامة، ومين هنيا جياءت هيذه الد ا رسية مين أجيل معرفية انعكاسيات المعوقيات السوسبوثقافية للم أ رة المقاولة وانعكاساتها عليى التنميية المسيتدامة بيدائرتي الشيريعة وبئرمقيدم بولايية تبسة، وذلك خلال محاولة الكشف عمايلي : -1 انعكاسيييات المعوقيييات الاجتماعيييية عليييى قيييدرة مسييياهمة المييي أ رة المقاولييية فيييي التنميييية الاجتماعية. -2 انعكاسات التمييز القيائم عليى أسياس النيوع الاجتمياعي )الجنيدر عليى انيدما المي أ رة فيي النسيج الاقتصادي للتنمية . -3 انعكاسات المعوقات الثقافية على مساهمة الم أ رة المقاولة في تبني المعايير البيئية. كمييا تهييدف هييذه الد ا رسية إليى: تقييييم انعكاسييات هييذه المعوقييات علييى قييدرة المي أ رة المقاوليية علييى المساهمة الفعالة في الأبعاد الثلاثة للتنمية المسيتدامة: الاجتماعيية )كخليق فيرل عميل، التماسيك المجتمعيي ، والاقتصيادية )النميو، الابتكيار، الانيدما فيي السيوق ، والبيئيية )تبنيي الممارسيات الصديقة للبيئة . حييث تيم اعتمياد الأسيلوب المخيتل )الميز بيين المينهج الكميي والكيفيي معيا ميع اعتمياد التحلييل الوصفي وللوصيول إليى نتيائج الد ا رسية تيم اسيتخدام الملاحظية ميع اسيتبانة محكمية مكونية مين 44 بند موا ا زة مع المقابلة المكونة من 9 بنود تشمل متغي ا رت الد ا رسية، وقيد تيم اختييار العينية القصيدية مكونة من 30 مفردة . حيث أن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها تتمثل فيمايلي: تظهير نتيائج هييذه الد ا رسية أن المعوقييات السوسييوثقافية التيي تواجههييا المي أ رة المقاوليية فيي الج ا زئير تنعكس سلباً على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة الثلاثة : البعدددد الَّجتمددداعي: تييؤدي هييذه المعوقييات إلييى إهييدار الطاقييات النسييائية فييي صيي ا رع يييومي مييع المسييؤوليات الأسيرية، وحرمييان المجتمييع ميين نميياذ نسييائية ملهميية فييي مجييالات يير تقليدييية، واستم ا رر نظرة "العيب" التي تحد من المشاركة الاجتماعية الفعالة للم أ ر ة . البعددد الَّقتدددادي: يتسيبب التميييز المؤسسيي الخفيي فييي عرقلية حصيول النسياء عليى التموييل، ارتفياع تكلفيية الاقتي ا رق، تييوجيههن نحييو قطاعييات منخفضيية القيميية المضيافة، وإضييعاف قييدرتهن التنافسية، مما يحد من مساهمتهن في الناتج المحلي وخلق الثروة . البعدددد البيئدددي: تييؤدي الأولويييات الاقتصييادية الملحيية وضييعف ثقافيية المسييتهلك و ييياب الييدعم الحكييومي إلييى تهمييييئ البعييد البيئييي، وإهييدار مييوارد قابليية للاسييتغلال، وت ا رجييع اهتمييام النسيياء بالاستدامة أمام تحديات البقاء. إن المعوقيييات السوسييييوثقافية فييي الج ا زئييير المتمثلييية فيييي نظيييام متجيييذر مييين الصيييور النمطيييية والافت ا رضات الدونية تشكل )سقفاً زجاجياً سميكاً وجدا ا رً عيازلاً يحيول دون تحيول )المي أ رة المقاولية مين مجيرد )فاعيل اقتصيادي فيردي يبحيث عين اليرزق، إليى )فاعيل تنميوي مجتمعيي يسياهم فيي نهضة وطنية شاملة.Summary Title: Socio-cultural Obstacles Facing Women Entrepreneurs and their Implications for Sustainable Development in Algeria  A Field Study in the Districts of Cheraia and BIR MOKADDEM - Tebessa Province The integration of women entrepreneurs into the world of work constitutes a crucial theme in the sociology of organization and work, reflecting a process of modernization and openness to the wider world. Algerian women in various regions of the country have entered the entrepreneurial sphere, which has opened up new avenues for contributing to sustainable development in Algeria. Attention has been focused on women in this context due to the socio-cultural obstacles, barriers, and impediments they encounter. The obstacles and barriers faced by women entrepreneurs in Algeria are social and cultural, relating, for example, to language, religion, values, customs, and traditions. The woman entrepreneur belongs to an environment characterized by a certain specificity, which hinders her progress in this field and stands between her and her active participation in sustainable development. This study was therefore undertaken to understand the implications of these socio-cultural obstacles for women entrepreneurs and their impact on sustainable development in the districts of Cheraia and Bir El-Moukadem (Tebessa Province), by attempting to reveal the following: 1. The implications of social obstacles on the ability of women entrepreneurs to contribute to social development. 2. The implications of gender-based discrimination on the integration of women into the economic fabric of development. 3. The implications of cultural obstacles on the contribution of women entrepreneurs to the adoption of environmental standards. This study also aims to assess the impact of these obstacles on the capacity of women entrepreneurs to contribute effectively to the three dimensions of sustainable development: the social (e.g., job creation, social cohesion), the economic (growth, innovation, market integration), and the environmental (adoption of environmentally friendly practices). A mixed-methods approach (combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies) was adopted, along with descriptive analysis. To achieve the study's results, observation was used alongside a validated questionnaire consisting of 44 items, paralleled by an interview guide comprising 9 items covering the study's variables. A purposive sample was selected, consisting of 30 individuals for the questionnaire and 6 individuals for the interviews. The most prominent findings are as follows: The results of this study show that the socio-cultural obstacles encountered by women entrepreneurs in Algeria have negative repercussions on all three dimensions of sustainable development:  Social Dimension: These obstacles lead to the dissipation of women's energy in a daily struggle with family responsibilities, deprive society of inspiring female role models in non-traditional fields, and perpetuate the perception of certain work as "shameful" ('ayb), which limits women's effective social participation.  Economic Dimension: Hidden institutional discrimination hinders women's access to financing, increases the cost of borrowing, channels them into low-value-added sectors, and weakens their competitiveness, thereby limiting their contribution to GDP and wealth creation.  Environmental Dimension: Pressing economic priorities, a weak consumer culture, and the absence of government support lead to the marginalization of the environmental dimension, the wastage of exploitable resources, and a decline in women's focus on sustainability when faced with survival challenges. The socio-cultural obstacles in Algeria, embodied in a deeply entrenched system of stereotypes and demeaning assumptions, constitute a "thick glass ceiling" and an insulating wall that prevents the "woman entrepreneur" from transforming from a mere "individual economic actor" seeking a livelihood into a "societal development actor" contributing to a comprehensive national renaissance.
