دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تفعيل رأس المال الفكري - دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تفعيل رأس المال الفكري بمديرية التكوين والتعليم المهنيين ومراكزها بالوادي ممثلا في مكوناته الثلاثة: (رأس المال البشري، ورأس المال الهيكلي، ورأس المال الزبوني) في ظل التحول الرقمي الذي تشهده المديرية، ولتحقيق هذا المسعى تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع المعلومات الميدانية، وتوزيع 100 استبيانه على المبحوثين، وتم استرجاع 98 استمارة ممثلة لعينة الدراسة. ولتحليل البيانات واختبار الدراسة تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS . توصلت الدراسة إلى إن للإدارة الالكترونية دور ذو دلالة إحصائية في تفعيل رأس المال الفكري. وأوصت بالرفع من مستوى التوعية بأهمية الإدارة الالكترونية مع ضرورة التعامل مع رأس المال الفكري بمكوناته الثلاثة باعتباره موردا استراتيجيا. "This study aims to identify the role of E-management in activating intellectual capital within the Directorate of Vocational Training and Education and its centers in El-Oued, represented by its three components: human capital, structural capital, and customer capital, amidst the digital transformation the directorate is undergoing. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was employed as the primary tool for collecting field data, with 100 questionnaires distributed to the participants, and 98 valid responses retrieved, representing the study sample. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and test the study's hypotheses. The findings revealed that e-management has a statistically significant role in activating intellectual capital. The study recommends increasing awareness of the importance of e-management and emphasizes the need to treat intellectual capital, with its three components, as a strategic resource."
