ثلاثية التعليم في الاقتصاد المعرفي -من التلقين إلى الابتكار

Abstract

عرفت الجزائر تعديلات عديدة للبرامج والمقاربات التّعليميّة، إلا أنّها لم تحقّق -في مجملها- جودة تعليم تضمن تكوين أفراد متمكنين، حسب متطلبات المجتمع واحتياجاته بسبب الابتعاد عن الاستثمار في العنصر البشريّ كطاقة متجدّدة مسايرة لمستجدات سوق العمل بتحديث مستمر لمهارات الأفراد. يُستثمر مفهوم اقتصاد المعرفة كونه البديل الأنسب لتشكيل الثّروة وتحقيق التّنمية التّي تُلازِم التّعليم إلى درجة التّطابق، إذ لا يمكن تحقيق تنمية من دون جودة التّعليم، لذا ربط الاقتصاد المعرفيّ بالسّياسة التّعليميّة التّي تؤطر بتفاعل عناصر العمليّة التّعليميّة التّعلميّة المتمثلة في المعلّم والمتعلّم والمعرفة والابتكار والإبداع والتّكنولوجيا ووسائل الاتّصال. وبذلك تتغيّر المفاهيم التّعليميّة القديمة إلى مفاهيم حديثة بهدف تحقيق الثّروة والاستثمار والتّطور. Abstract: From indoctrination to innovation Algeria has known many modifications to educational programs and educational approaches, but they have not achieved in their entirety - a quality of education that guarantees the formation of empowered individuals, according to the requirements and needs of society due to the move away from investing in the human element as a renewable energy that keeps pace with the developments of the labor market with a continuous update of their tasks. Invest the concept of the knowledge economy as the most appropriate alternative to the formation of wealth and the achievement of development that correlates with education to the degree of congruence, as it is not possible to achieve development without the quality of education, therefore, he linked the knowledge economy to the educational policy that frames the interaction of the elements of the educational learning process represented by the teacher and the learner, knowledge, innovation, creativity, technology and means of communication. Thus, the old educational concepts are changed to modern concepts with the aim of achieving wealth, investment and development. key words: knowledge economy; education innovation; thinking; creativity; evaluation.
