الإســـــــــتراتيجيات الإتصالية لـدى الأساتــــذة في الجامعة عينة من أساتذة جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر -الوادي

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة الإستراتيجيات الإتصالية لدى الأساتذة في الجامعة، وللوصول إلى الهدف ومعالجة الدراسة، إنطلقنا من الإشكال التالي: ما هي الإستراتيجيات الإتصالية لدى الأساتذة في الجامعة؟ للإجابة على هذه الإشكالية يمكن أن نطرح الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: -ماهي إستراتيجية الإتصال التي يستخدمها الأساتذة مع الإدارة؟ -ماهي إستراتيجية الإتصال التي يستخدمها الأساتذة مع زملاء العمل؟ -في ما تتمثل إستراتيجية الإتصال التي تستخدمها الأساتذة مع الطلبة؟ وتتمثل فرضيات الدراسة في: -يعتمد الأساتذة على الاتصال الرسمي كإستراتيجية إتصالية مع الإدارة. -يستخدم الأساتذة الاتصال غير رسمي كإستراتيجية إتصالية مع زملاء العمل. -يدمج الأساتذة وسائط الاتصال الحديثة كإستراتيجية إتصالية مع الطلبة. ويتمثل منهج الدراسة في المنهج الوصفي التحليليلأنه الأنسب والأقرب في هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقعها وجوانبها ووصفها وتحليلها، أما عينة الدراسة فقد اقتصرت على عينة من أساتذة جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي ، وقد تم توزيع 30 استمارة، و إسترجاهم كلهم، أي عدد الإستمارات المدروسة هو 30 إستمارة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الأساتذة يستعملون الإتصال الإلكتروني ويعتبرونه كأداة رئيسيىة ورسمية للتواصل، سوى فيما بينهم أو مع الإدارة أو مع الطلبة بإعتباره أكثر مرونة وفاعلية، ومن جانب آخر يتجهون للإتصال الغير الرسمي لبناء العلاقات الإجتماعية والإنسانية. "" This study aims to examinethe communicative strategies used by university professors . To achieve this goal we began with the following problem statement: what is the communicative strategy used by university professors? To answer this problem, the following sub-questions can be posed: -What is the communication strategy that teachers use with the administration? -What communication strategy do professors use with colleagues? -What is the communication strategy that teachers use with students? The hypotheses of the study are: -Professors rely on formal communication as a communication strategy with the administration. -Professors use informal communication as a communication strategy with colleagues. -professors integrate modern communication media as a communicative strategy with their students. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method as it is the most suitable for understanding the reality and aspects of the study and describing and analyzing them. . The study sample was limited to professors of Hamma Lakhdar University in El- Oued. Thirty questionnaires ,were distributed and all were retrieved, , leaving Thirty questionnaires for analysis. The study concluded that professors use electronic communication and consider it a primary and official tool for interaction, whether among themselves, with the administration, or with students, On the other hand, they turn to informal communication to maintain social and human relationships.
