Abstract

"ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور المجتمع في تعزيز أخلاقيات المهنة. يلعب المجتمع دورًا هامًا في ترسيخ أخلاقيات المهنة في البيئة المجتمعية، إذ يُعدّ نموذجًا يُحتذى به في السلوك والممارسة المهنية، ويساهم في بناء ثقافة مهنية قائمة على الاحترام والعدل والإنصاف.

تنطلق دراستنا من السؤال البحثي الرئيسي التالي:

كيف يُسهم المجتمع، من خلال مؤسساته وثقافته، في تعزيز أخلاقيات مهنة التدريس وضمان التزام المعلمين بالقيم الأخلاقية؟

وللإجابة على هذا السؤال، قسّمنا دراستنا إلى الأسئلة الفرعية التالية:

كيف تُسهم القيم الدينية والاجتماعية في تعزيز أخلاقيات المهنة؟

هل هناك علاقة دالة إحصائيًا بين المجتمع وأخلاقيات المهنة؟

كيف يُسهم المجتمع في ترسيخ القيم الأخلاقية؟

للوصول إلى نتائجنا، اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمنا عينة قصدية. من أهم نتائج دراستنا:

ترتبط القيم الاجتماعية السائدة في المجتمع، كاحترام المعلمين وتقديرهم اجتماعيًا، ارتباطًا وثيقًا بمستوى الالتزام بأخلاقيات مهنة التدريس.

تلعب مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية، وخاصةً الأسرة والمدرسة، دورًا هامًا في غرس القيم المهنية، رغم محدودية تأثير المناهج وضعف التنسيق المجتمعي. وقد كشفت دراستنا عن وجود فجوة بين التوجيهات التربوية الرسمية والممارسات الفعلية داخل المؤسسات، مما يستدعي تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع." "Research summary This study aims to explore the role of society in promoting professional ethics. Society plays an important role in instilling professional ethics within the community environment, as it serves as a model in professional behavior and practice. It contributes to building a professional culture based on respect, justice, and fairness. Our study is based on the following main research question: How can society, through its institutions and culture, contribute to enhancing the ethics of the teaching profession and ensuring teachers' commitment to ethical values? To address this, our study was divided into the following sub-questions: How do religious and social values contribute to reinforcing professional ethics? Is there a statistically significant relationship between society and professional ethics? How does society contribute to instilling ethical values? To reach our findings, we adopted the descriptive methodology and used a purposive sample. Among the key findings of our study: The prevailing social values in society, such as respect for teachers and social appreciation, are closely linked to the level of commitment to the ethics of the teaching profession. Socializing institutions, particularly the family and school, play a significant role in instilling professional values, despite the limited impact of curricula and the weak community coordination. Our study revealed a gap between official educational directives and actual practices within institutions, which calls for activating the partnership between schools and the community."
