التدفق النفسي و علاقته بالكفاءة المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه: دراسة ميدانية بمركز التوجيه المدرسي والمهني بولاية المغير

Abstract

"هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على العلاقة بين التدفق النفسي ( ابعاده) والكفاءة المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي في ولاية المغير. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي في تحقيق أهدافها، بحث طبق مقياس التدفق النفسي و مقياس الكفاءة المهنية على عينة مقدرة ب 80 مستشارا ومستشارة تم اختيارهم بطريقة المسح الشامل، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: ـ وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة احصائية بين التدفق النفسي و الكفاءة المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي و المهني بولاية المغير ـ وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الأهداف الواضحة و الكفاءة المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي و المهني بولاية المغير ـ وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الاندماج في المهام و الكفاءة المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي و المهني بولاية المغير ـ وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الوعي الذاتي و الكفاءة المهنية لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي و المهني بولاية المغير. " The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological coherence (meaningfulness) and professional competence among school and career guidance counselors in the Wilaya El M'Ghair. The study adopted a descriptive correlational approach to achieve its objectives. It employed both the Psychological Coherence Scale and the Professional Competence Scale, administered to a sample of 80 counselors and advisors selected through the comprehensive survey method. The findings of the study revealed the following: A statistically significant positive correlation was found between psychological coherence and professional competence among school and career guidance counselors in the Wilaya El M'Ghair. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between having clear goals and professional competence among school and career guidance counselors in the Wilaya El M'Ghair. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between adaptability to tasks and professional competence among school and career guidance counselors in the Wilaya El M'Ghair. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between self-awareness and professional competence among school and career guidance counselors in the Wilaya El M'Ghair.
