استعمال تطبيقات نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي للتنبؤ بالمخاطر المحتملة للتعثر المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية – دراسة حالة مؤسسة سوناطراك للفترة 2018- 2022

Abstract

"في ظل التحولات الرقمية المتسارعة وتزايد تعقيد البيئة المالية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، بات من الضروري اعتماد أدوات ذكية قادرة على استشراف المخاطر قبل وقوعها. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف فعالية نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، خاصة تقنيات التعلم الآلي، في التنبؤ المبكر بمخاطر التعثر المالي. من خلال تحليل بيانات مالية حقيقية، أظهرت النتائج أن هذه النماذج توفّر دقة تنبؤية عالية وتدعم صناع القرار المالي في إدارة المخاطر بشكل استباقي. توصي الدراسة بضرورة دمج هذه الحلول الرقمية في أنظمة التحليل المالي لضمان استدامة واستقرار المؤسسة. "In light of the accelerating digital transformations and the increasing complexity of the financial environment of economic institutions، it has become necessary to adopt smart tools capable of anticipating risks before they occur. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of artificial intelligence models، particularly machine learning techniques، in early prediction of financial distress risks. By analyzing real financial data، the results showed that these models provide high predictive accuracy and support financial decision-makers in proactively managing risks. The study recommends the necessity of integrating these digital solutions into financial analysis systems to ensure the sustainability and stability of the institution.
