أثر التعليم المقاولاتي في تطوير مهارات ريادة الاعمال لدى خريجي الجامعات الجزائرية دراسة حالة طلبة جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي

Abstract

"تهدفُ هذه الدراسةُ إلى تحديدِ مدى تأثيرِ التعليمِ الرياديّ في تنميةِ مهاراتِ ريادةِ الأعمال لدى خريجي جامعة الشهيد حمة لخضر بالوادي، كما تسعى إلى تقديم رؤًى مفيدة لواضعي السياسات التعليمية والباحثين في مجال ريادة الأعمال. لتحقيقِ هذا الهدف، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الأنسب لهذا النوع من الأبحاث، وجمعت البيانات بواسطة استبانة وزِّعت على 99 خريجًا من مختلفِ المستويات الأكاديمية (ليسانس، ماستر، دكتوراه) بالجامعة، ثم حُلّلت باستخدام برنامجي SPSS وSmartPLS. كشفت النتائجُ عن وجود علاقة ارتباطٍ إيجابيةٍ قويةٍ ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التعليمِ الرياديّ وأبعاده (الأهداف، المحتوى، فعالية التدريس) وبين مهارات ريادة الأعمال لدى الخريجين، حيث بلغ معدل الارتباط ‎%71.20‎. ويعني ذلك أن تغيّرًا بمقدار ‎%1‎ في التعليم الريادي يقابله تغيّر بمقدار ‎%71.20‎ في مهارات ريادة الأعمال لدى خريجي الجامعة محلّ الدراسة. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن لأساليب التدريس أثرًا قويًّا، بينما كان تأثير المحتوى التعليمي وفعالية أعضاء هيئة التدريس متوسطًا، في حين جاء أثر بُعد التعليم الريادي نفسه ضعيفًا "This study aims to determine the extent to which entrepreneurial education influences the development of entrepreneurship skills among graduates of esahid- Hamma Lakhdar University in El Oued. The research also seeks to provide useful insights for educational policymakers and researchers in the field of entrepreneurship. To achieve this objective, the study employed the descriptive-analytical method, which is well-suited for this type of research. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 99 graduates from various academic levels (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate) at the university. The data were analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS software. The results revealed a strong and statistically significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial education and its dimensions (such as objectives, content, and teaching effectiveness) and the entrepreneurship skills of the graduates, with a correlation rate of 71.20%. This means that a 1% change in entrepreneurial education results in a 71.20% change in the entrepreneurship skills of the graduates from the studied university. The study also showed that teaching methods had a strong impact, while the impact of educational content and faculty effectiveness was moderate. However, the dimension of entrepreneurial education itself showed a weak effect.
