Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على انعكاسات التحول الرقمي في تحسين الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية لطب العيون كوبا – الوادي، من خلال دراسة انعكاس تطبيق الملف الإلكتروني للمريض واستخدام التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة في تطوير الأداء الصحي والإداري. حيث انطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي حول مساهمة التحول الرقمي في تحسين جودة وفعالية الخدمات الصحية داخل المؤسسة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتحليلها وقد تم تطبيقه على عينة قصدية من الموظفين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية، شملت مجموعة من الكفاءات الطبية والإدارية التي لها علاقة مباشرة باستخدام التقنيات الرقمية داخل المؤسسة وتمثلت في 50 عينة وقد ركزت الدراسة على مجموعة من المحاور تمثلت في تطوير المهارات التكنولوجية للكفاءات الطبية والإدارية، وتطبيق التقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة، إضافة إلى السياسات التنظيمية المعتمدة في التحول الرقمي. كما أبرزت النتائج أن اعتماد العينة القصدية ساعد في الحصول على بيانات دقيقة من الفئات الأكثر ارتباطا بموضوع الدراسة، الأمر الذي عزز من مصداقية النتائج وواقعها في تفسير انعكاس التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسة الصحية وقد أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: - توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود انعكاس إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطوير المهارات التكنولوجية للكوادر الطبية والإدارية على تعزيز الابتكار وخلق حلول جديدة للخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية طب العيون كوبا -الوادي- - وجود انعكاس قوي وإيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق التقنيات التكنولوجية على كفاءة وفعالية تقديم الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية طب العيون كوبا -الوادي- - وجود انعكاس إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للسياسات التنظيمية المعتمدة في التحول الرقمي لتحسين على جودة وموثوقية الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية طب العيون كوبا -الوادي- وبذلك تحققت الفرضية الرئيسية التي تنص على أنه يؤدي إنعكاس التحول الرقمي في تحسين الخدمات الصحية لتطبيق الملف الالكتروني للمريض بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية طب العيون كوبا -الوادي-" "This study aims to identify the implications of digital transformation in improving healthcare services at the Kuba Ophthalmology Hospital Institution – El Oued, through examining the impact of implementing the electronic patient record and the use of modern digital technologies in developing healthcare and administrative performance. The study was based on the main question concerning the extent to which digital transformation contributes to improving the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services within the institution. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection and analysis. It was applied to a purposive sample of 50 medical and administrative employees directly related to the use of digital technologies within the institution. The study focused on several dimensions, including the development of technological skills among medical and administrative staff, the application of modern technological techniques, and the organizational policies adopted in digital transformation. The results highlighted that the purposive sample contributed to obtaining accurate data from the groups most closely related to the subject of the study, which enhanced the credibility and realism of the findings. The study also showed a positive statistically significant implication of developing technological skills in enhancing innovation and creating new solutions for healthcare services. In addition, there was a strong and positive statistically significant implication of applying technological techniques on the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. The results also confirmed a positive statistically significant implication of the organizational policies adopted in digital transformation in improving the quality and reliability of healthcare services. Accordingly, the main hypothesis was confirmed, which states that the implications of digital transformation contribute to improving healthcare services through the application of the electronic patient record at the Kuba Ophthalmology Hospital Institution – El Oued."
