دور مركز تطوير المقاولاتية في ترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتيه لدى الطالب الجامعي (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة المتدربين في مركز تطوير المقاولاتية بالوادي)

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يلعبه مركز تطوير المقاولاتية في ترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي، وذلك من خلال دراسة نظرية وتحليل ميداني تم تطبيقه على عينة من الطلبة الجامعيين المتدربين داخل المركز, باعتبارهم الفئة الحيوية القادرة على قيادة مشاريع تنموية خاصة بهم, ولقد تناولنا في الإطار النظري أهم المفاهيم والمصطلحات المتعلقة بالموضوع بإضافة الى أهمية ودور المركز في تعزيز الثقافة المقاولاتية ,كما اعتمدت الدراسة على 03فرضيات وهي: - للمدربين دور في ترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي. - للبرامج التدريبية دور في ترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي. - للمرافقة البعدية دور في ترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الطالب الجامعي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ، بالإضافة إلى الدراسة الميدانية التي شملت عينة مكونة من 30 طالباً وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية من مختلف التخصصات, وذلك من خلال توزيع استبيانات, وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج مفادها : أن مركز تطوير المقاولاتية يعد أداة فعالة في ترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة، إلا أن هذا الدور يحتاج إلى مزيد من الدعم المؤسساتي، وتوفير الموارد، وتكثيف الحملات التوعوية، بالإضافة إلى إشراك الفاعلين الاقتصاديين في العملية التكوينية والمرافقة الفعلية للطلبة المقاولين. كما تشير أيضا نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين مركز تطوير المقاولاتية وترسيخ الثقافة المقاولاتية لدى طالب الجامعي من خلال ما يقدمه المركز من نشر توعية وتوجيه والتدريب . ""This study aims to shed light on the role played by the Entrepreneurship Development Center in consolidating an entrepreneurial culture among university students. This is achieved through a theoretical study and field analysis applied to a sample of university students training at the center, considering them a vital group capable of leading their own development projects. In the theoretical framework, we addressed the most important concepts and terms related to the topic, in addition to the importance and role of the center in promoting entrepreneurial culture. The study also relied on three hypotheses: Trainers have a role in consolidating an entrepreneurial culture among university students Training programs have a role in consolidating an entrepreneurial culture among university students Post-training has a role in consolidating an entrepreneurial culture among university students The study relied on the descriptive approach, in addition to a field study that included a sample of 30 male and female students, who were intentionally selected from various disciplines, through the distribution of questionnaires. The study reached the following results: The Entrepreneurship Development Center is an effective tool in instilling an entrepreneurial culture among students. However, this role requires more institutional support, the provision of resources, and the intensification of awareness campaigns, in addition to the involvement of economic actors in the training process and the actual support of student entrepreneurs The study results also indicate the existence of a relationship between the Entrepreneurship Development Center and the consolidation of entrepreneurial culture among university students through what the center provides in terms of dissemination, guidance, and training.
