دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في دعم مشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة -دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الوادي

Abstract

" إن دراستنا هذه عبارة عن دراسة وصفية لموضوع دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في دعم مشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة، انطلاقا من طرح التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة والمتمثل في: ما الدور الذي تؤديه حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في تعزيز مشاريع المؤسسات الناشئة بجامعة الوادي؟. اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي وحاولنا إجراء مسح شامل لمجتمع الدراسة والذي بلغ عددها ( 40 ) واستخدمنا تقنية الاستمارة من أجل جمع المعلومات من مجتمع البحث، وقصد تفريغ البيانات، حيث اعتمدنا على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، كما عمدنا إلى تحليل هذه البيانات ومناقشتها من أجل الإجابة على تساؤل الدراسة، وبالفعل توصلنا إلى أن الدراسة تؤكد على الدور الحيوي الذي تلعبه حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية في جامعة الوادي في دعم المشاريع الناشئة، خاصة من خلال تعاونها مع المؤسسات الاقتصادية الخاصة والعامة. كذلك أظهرت النتائج أن هذا التعاون ساعد في تمكين المشاريع من تجاوز التحديات في مراحلها الأولية وزيادة قدرتها على البقاء والنمو في بيئة اقتصادية تنافسية، فمن خلال الشراكات مع المؤسسات الاقتصادية الخاصة، حصلت المشاريع على دعم مالي مرن ساعدها في تغطية تكاليف التأسيس والانطلاق، وفتح أمامها فرصًا للتوسع والتطوير، كما مكنت هذه الشراكات المشاريع من بناء شبكة علاقات تجارية، مما سهل دخولها إلى أسواق جديدة، كذلك استفادت المشاريع من الخبرات الفنية والإدارية التي قدمتها المؤسسات الشريكة، مما ساعد رواد الأعمال على اكتساب مهارات عملية في مجالات التخطيط، التسويق، وإدارة المشاريع، وزيّنت قدراتهم على اتخاذ القرارات المبتكرة والتكيف مع التغيرات. علاوة على ذلك أثبتت الدراسة أن حاضنة الأعمال الجامعية عملت كحلقة وصل بين القطاع الأكاديمي والاقتصادي عبر تنظيم برامج إرشادية وتدريبية، مما عمّق من التعاون المستدام بين الأطراف المختلفة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود دعم مؤسسي فعّال من المؤسسات الحكومية، حيث تم توفير الدعم المالي والفني وتسهيل الإجراءات الإدارية، لكن تم تسجيل بعض التحديات المتعلقة بتباين الأهداف بين القطاعين الأكاديمي والاقتصادي، ما قد يؤثر على فعالية التعاون.كما أشار المشاركون في الدراسة إلى أهمية البرامج التدريبية التي نظمتها الحاضنة، حيث ساعدت في بناء المهارات الريادية الأساسية وتوفير المرافقة المستمرة التي ساعدت في التغلب على العقبات. وأخيرًا، ساهمت الحاضنة في تعزيز العلاقات بين رواد الأعمال والمؤسسات الاقتصادية، مما أسهم في فتح فرص شراكة واستثمار وتمويل إضافية. "This study is a descriptive study of the role of university business incubators in supporting startup projects. It begins with the main question: What role do university business incubators play in promoting startup projects at Wadi University?. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach and attempted to conduct a comprehensive survey of the study population, which numbered )40(. We used questionnaire technology to collect information from the study population. To extract the data, we relied on the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. We also analyzed and discussed this data to answer the study's question. Indeed, we concluded that the study confirms the vital role played by the University Business Incubator at Al Wadi University in supporting emerging projects, particularly through its cooperation with private and public economic institutions. The results also showed that this cooperation helped enable projects to overcome challenges in their initial stages and increase their ability to survive and grow in a competitive economic environment. Through partnerships with private economic institutions, projects received flexible financial support, helping them cover start-up and startup costs and opening up opportunities for expansion and development. These partnerships also enabled projects to build a network of business relationships, facilitating their entry into new markets. Projects also benefited from the technical and administrative expertise provided by partner institutions, helping entrepreneurs acquire practical skills in planning, marketing, and project management, enhancing their ability to make innovative decisions and adapt to change. Furthermore, the study demonstrated that university business incubators served as a link between the academic and economic sectors by organizing mentoring and training programs, deepening sustainable cooperation between the various parties. The study results demonstrated effective institutional support from government institutions, providing financial and technical support and facilitating administrative procedures. However, some challenges were identified related to the divergence of objectives between the academic and economic sectors, which could impact the effectiveness of cooperation. Study participants also noted the importance of the training programs organized by the incubator, which helped build basic entrepreneurial skills and provide ongoing support that helped overcome obstacles. Finally, the incubator contributed to strengthening relationships between entrepreneurs and economic institutions, opening up additional partnership, investment, and financing opportunities.
