علاقة الذكاء الروحي بالصدمة النفسية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية دراسة ميدانية بالحماية المدنية الوادي

Abstract

"هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ما إذا كان هناك علاقة بين الذكاء الروحي والصدمة النفسية لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية والتعرف على مستوى الذكاء الروحي ومستوى الصدمة النفسية لديهم , وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 عون من أعوان الحماية المدنية بولاية الوادي , تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي بأساليبه الاستكشافي والإرتباطي والفارقي , وتم استخدام استبيان دافيسون للصدمات واستبيان الذكاء الروحي لأمرام و دراير (تعريب وتقنين الشاوي ) لجمع البيانات , وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج تمثلت في : - مستوى الذكاء الروحي لدى أعوان الحماية المدنية منخفض . - مستوى الصدمة النفسية يتميز بمستوى مرتفع . - توجد علاقة غير دالة بين الذكاء الروحي والصدمة النفسية . - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أعوان الحماية المدنية على مقياس الذكاء الروحي تعزى للأقدمية المهنية . - لا توجد فروق على مقياس الصدمة النفسية تعزى للأقدمية المهنية . - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أعوان الحماية المدنية على مقياس الذكاء الروحي تعزى للعمر . - لا توجد فروق على مقياس الصدمة النفسية تعزى للعمر .وفي الأخير تمت الإشارة إلى مجموعة من الاقتراحات التي نراها مناسبة . ""The study aimed to determine whether there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence and psychological trauma among civil protection officers, as well as to identify differences among civil protection officers according to the variables of professional seniority and age, and to determine their levels of spiritual intelligence and psychological trauma. The study sample consisted of 100 civil protection officers in the province of El Oued. A descriptive approach was adopted, employing exploratory, correlational and comparative methods. The Davison Trauma Questionnaire and the Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire by Amram and Drayer (Arabic adaptation and standardisation by Al-Shawi) were used to collect data. Following statistical analysis, a set of findings was reached, namely: - The level of spiritual intelligence among civil protection officers is low. - The level of psychological trauma is high. - There is no significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and psychological trauma. - There are statistically significant differences among civil protection officers on the spiritual intelligence scale attributable to length of service. - There are no differences on the psychological trauma scale attributable to length of service. - There are statistically significant differences among civil protection officers on the spiritual intelligence scale attributable to age. - There are no differences on the psychological trauma scale attributable to age. Finally, a set of recommendations that we consider appropriate were put forward "
