Abstract

.Résumé de l'étude: La présente étude ayant pour itinéraire l’identification de la réalisation de l’opération de sélection et de l’orientation lors de la formation professionnelle des compétences à l’issue de leur fin d’étude. Pour ce faire, nous avons adopté la méthode de découverte analytique la plus propice à cette étude. Nous avons choisi intentionnellement deux échantillons. Le premier représente les conseillers de la formation professionnelle et la deuxième est un échantillon de circulaires et décrets ministérielles portant sur l’opération de sélection et d’orientation professionnelle. La présente étude est effectuée au chef lieu de la wilaya d’El-Oued lors de l’année universitaire 2015/2016. Afin de collecter les données une entrevue de recherche a été confectionné concrétisée via 19 questions portant sur l’opération sus citée, destinés aux conseillers. Nous avons également analysé deux décrets et trois circulaires ministérielles relatifs à l’opération de sélection et d’orientation au sein des centres de formation professionnelle. A l’issue des réponses obtenues, il nous a été donné d’aboutir aux résultats suivants :  La réalité de l’orientation professionnelle dans les centre de formation et d’enseignement professionnels est critique.  L’opération de sélection et d’orientation dans la formation professionnelle ne concrétise aucune compétence nouvelle pour les nouveaux diplômés.  La gestion de l’opération de sélection et d’orientation n’est pas conforme aux recommandations officielles.  Les diplômés de la formation professionnelle n’ayant pas la compétence professionnelle escomptée.  Plusieurs solutions sont à adopter pour améliorer cette opération au sein des centres de formation professionnelles.Summary of the study: This route study to identify the completion of the operation of selection and orientation in vocational training skills after their end of study. To do this, we have adopted the method of analytic discovery most conducive to study. We intentionally chose two samples. The first represents the counselors of vocational training and the second is a sample of circular and ministerial decrees concerning the operation of selection and career guidance. This study is conducted to the head of the wilaya of El Oued during the academic year 2015/2016. To collect the data a research interview was manufactured materialized through 19 questions about the above mentioned operation, for advisors. We also analyzed two decrees and three ministerial circulars relating to the operation of selection and orientation in the vocational training centers. Following the responses, it was given to us to achieve the following results: • The reality of vocational guidance in the training center and vocational education is critical. • The operation of selection and orientation in vocational training will act on any new power for new graduates. • Managing the selection and orientation of operation is not consistent with official recommendations. • Graduates of vocational training does not have the expected professional competence. • Several solutions are adopted to improve the operation in professional training centers.
