Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن واقع ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية لدى رؤساء اقسام كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الوادي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة، حيث انطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي: ما واقع ممارسة القيادة الإبداعية لدى رؤساء اقسام كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الوادي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة؟ هذا وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي اعتماداً على استبيان صُمّم لهذه الغاية يتكون من 42 عبارة ضمن محورين؛ محور سمات القيادة الإبداعية ومحور معوقات القيادة الابداعية، فضلاً عن محور للبيانات الشخصية، وزع على عينة عرضية مكونة من 70 أستاذا من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الوادي. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج spss، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: 1. هناك مستوى مرتفع في تطبيق رؤساء اقسام كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الوادي لسمات القيادة الإبداعية (الحساسية للمشكلات، الطلاقة، المبادرة، الاصالة)من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. 2.هناك معوقات بمستوى متوسط تعرقل ممارسة رؤساء اقسام كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الوادي للقيادة الإبداعية . "This study aimed to explore the reality of practicing creative leadership among department heads at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of El Oued, from the perspective of faculty members. The study was guided by the following main question: What is the reality of practicing creative leadership among department heads at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of El Oued from the perspective of faculty members? The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, relying on a questionnaire designed for this purpose. The questionnaire consisted of 42 items distributed across two main dimensions: the characteristics of creative leadership and the obstacles to creative leadership, in addition to a section for personal data. It was distributed to a convenience sample of 70 faculty members from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of El Oued. The data were analyzed using the SPSS software. The study reached the following main results: 1. There is a high level of application of creative leadership characteristics (problem sensitivity, fluency, initiative, originality) among department heads at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of El Oued, from the perspective of faculty members. 2. There are moderate-level obstacles that hinder the practice of creative leadership among these department heads.
