الحماية القانونية للعقار الاقتصادي في ظل أحدث النصوص التشريعية

Abstract

سعى هذه المذكرة إلى إبراز التكامل بين الحمايتين الإدارية والجزائية في توفير بيئة قانونية مستقرة وآمنة للعقار الاقتصادي في الجزائر، وتناقش فعالية الآليات القانونية الحالية في تحقيق هذا الهدف، مع اقتراح بعض التوصيات التي قد تساهم في تعزيز هذه الحماية وتذليل العقبات التي قد تعيق الاستغلال الأمثل للعقار الاقتصادي ودوره في التنمية المستدامة." This thesis aims to highlight the integration between administrative and criminal protections in providing a stable and secure legal environment for economic land in Algeria. It discusses the effectiveness of current legal mechanisms in achieving this objective, while proposing several recommendations that may contribute to enhancing this protection. Furthermore, it addresses overcoming obstacles that might hinder the optimal exploitation of economic land and its pivotal role in achieving sustainable development.
