Abstract

الملخص: - تهدف الد ارسة الحالية الى التعرف على مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أطباء الصحة بالمستشفيات - العمومية بمدينة جامعة، وذلك من خلال معرفة ما إذا كان يعاني أطباء الصحة العمومية من - الضغط النفسي، وكذا محاولة الكشف عن الفروق في الضغوط النفسية لدى أطباء الصحة العمومية - حسب متغير الجنس، وقد توصلت الباحثة الى النتائج التالية: - مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أطباء الصحة العمومية مرتفع. - لا توجد فروق في الضغوط النفسية لدى أطباء الصحة العمومية حسب متغير الجنس. - وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي المناسب لطبيعة الدراسة على عينة قوامها 30طبيبا وطبيبة - تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة وطبقنا عليهم مقياس الضغوط النفسية ل (فقيه العيد) وللتأكيد - من صحته استخدمنا الخصائص السيكو مترية، وبعد جمع البيانات تمت معالجته باستخدام - الأساليب الاحصائية (اختبارات) وتحليل التباين الأحادي وذلك باستخدام .s Résumé : فرنسية أو انجلزية The current study aims to identify the level of psychological stress among health doctors in public hospitals in a university city, by knowing whether public health doctors suffer from psychological pressure, as well as trying to detect differences in psychological stress among public health doctors according to the gender variable. The researcher reached the following results: 1. The level of psychological stress among public health doctors is high. 2. There are no differences in psychological stress among public health doctors according to the gender variable. We followed the descriptive exploratory approach appropriate to the nature of the study on a sample of 30 male and female doctors who were selected in a simple random manner, and we applied a measure of psychological stress to them (Faqeeh Al-Eid), and to confirm its validity, we used psychometric characteristics, and after collecting the data, it was processed using statistical methods (T-test) and one-way analysis of variance, using spss
