Abstract

"في ختام هذه الدراسة، يمكن التأكيد على أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات أصبحت عنصرًا أساسيًا في تعزيز جودة المعلومات المالية في القطاع المصرفي، حيث تسهم التقنيات الحديثة في تحسين الدقة والسرعة والشفافية. ومع ذلك، تواجه البنوك تحديات كبيرة، أبرزها المخاطر الأمنية مثل اختراق البيانات، بالإضافة إلى الحاجة لرفع كفاءة العاملين. كما أظهرت النتائج أن الإفصاح الإلكتروني يعزز الثقة مع العملاء، لكنه يحتاج إلى ضوابط رقابية صارمة. من ناحية أخرى، لا تزال بنوك ولاية الوادي في مرحلة تبني متوسطة للتكنولوجيا، مع حاجة جوانب مثل الرقابة الإلكترونية والتدريب لمزيد من التطوير. لذلك، نوصي بتعزيز البنية التحتية التكنولوجية، ووضع سياسات أمنية فعالة، وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية مستمرة. كما نوصي بإجراء دراسات مستقبلية لقياس تأثير تقنيات متقدمة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والبلوك تشين لتحسين الأداء المالي والمصرفي.

In conclusion, this study confirms that information technology has become a fundamental pillar in enhancing the quality of financial information in the banking sector, as modern technologies improve accuracy, speed, and transparency. However, banks face significant challenges, most notably security risks such as data breaches, in addition to the need to enhance employee efficiency. The results also showed that electronic disclosure strengthens trust with customers but requires strict regulatory controls. On the other hand, banks in the Wadi state are still in an intermediate stage of IT adoption, with aspects like electronic monitoring and staff training needing further development. Therefore, we recommend strengthening technological infrastructure, implementing effective security policies, and conducting continuous training programs. We also suggest further research to assess the impact of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain to improve financial and banking performance.
