دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية

Abstract

"هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية لدى موظفي مؤسسة نفطال فرع التوزيع بالوادي ولقد تم صياغة فرضيات هذه الدراسة على النحو التالي : الفرضية الرئيسية المتمثلة في : *تساهم إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية * والتي جزئت بدورها الي فرضيات فرعية وهي كالتالي : • يساهم إشراك العاملين في عملية صنع القرار وتحسين الأداء بشكل إيجابي في رفع مستوي الولاء التنظيمي لدي عمال مؤسسة نفطال • هناك أثر طردي لبرامج التدريب المستمر القائمة على معايير الجودة في تعزيز كفاءة العمليات الانتاجية • يلعب دعم وتبني القيادة العليا في مؤسسة نفطال لفلسفة الجودة الشاملة دورا جوهريا في تهيئة بيئة عمل تساعد على تحقيق الاهداف التنظيمية بكفاءة ولكي يتم اختبار الفرضيات المطروحة قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة نفطال معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي لتناسبه مع طبيعة الموضوع الذي يصنف ضمن البحوث الإنسانية والاجتماعية , وقد تم الاستعانة بالعينة القصدية , وعند بلوغنا مرحلة تفريغ والتعامل معها إحصائيا اعتمدنا علي برنامج spss (الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية) حيث تطرقنا فيه إلى ما يلي  التكرارات والنسب المئوية  معامل الفا كرونباخ لقياس الثبات  التجزئة النصفية  معامل الاتساق الداخلي لقياس صدق الأداة ""This study aimed to examine the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) in achieving organizational effectiveness among employees at the Naftal Distribution Branch in Wadi. The hypotheses of this study were formulated as follows: The main hypothesis is: *Total Quality Management contributes to organizational effectiveness* which was further broken down into the following sub-hypotheses: • Involving employees in decision-making and performance improvement positively contributes to increasing organizational loyalty among Naftal employees • Continuous training programs based on quality standards have a positive impact on enhancing the efficiency of production operations • The support and adoption of the philosophy of total quality management by Naftal’s senior leadership plays a fundamental role in creating a work environment that facilitates the efficient achievement of organizational goals To test the proposed hypotheses, we conducted a field study at Naftal, relying on the descriptive approach due to its suitability for the nature of the subject, which falls under the category of humanities and social sciences. A purposive sample was used, Upon reaching the data analysis stage, we utilized SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) to perform statistical analyses, addressing the following: • Frequencies and percentages • Cronbach’s alpha coefficient to measure reliability • Half-split • Internal consistency coefficient to measure the validity of the instrument "
