الاتصال الرقمي في المؤسسة العمومية الصحية دراسة ميدانية في مستشفى بسر معراج انموذجا

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة الإتصال الرقمي في المؤسسة الصحية العمومية ""بسر معراج بالوادي"" أنموذجا، وللوصول إلى الهدف ومعالجة الدراسة، إنطلقنا من الإشكال لتالي: _ ما واقع الإتصال الرقمي في المؤسسة الصحية العمومية الجزائرية من منظور الممرضين؟ ومن خلال هذه الإشكالية نطرح الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: _ ما مستوى توفر البنية التحتية الرقمية في المؤسسة الصحية العمومية؟ _ ما أبرز المعيقات التي تحول دون توظيف الإتصال الرقمي بفاعلية في المؤسسة الصحية العمومية؟ _ ما إتجاهات الممرضين نحو الإتصال الرقمي المؤسسي في تحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية؟ وتتمثل فرضيات الدراسة في: _ لا تتوفر المؤسسة الصحية العمومية على بنية تحتية رقمية كافية تمكن الممرضين من توظيف أدوات الإتصال الرقمي بصفة منتظمة وفعالة. _ تشكل المعيقات التنظيمية والثقافية العائق الأكثر تأثيرا على فاعلية الإتصال الرقمي في المؤسسة. _ تتباين إتجاهات الممرضين نحو الإتصال الرقمي تبعا لمتغيراتهم الشخصية والمهنية ( السن، الخبرة، المستوى التعليمي، القسم ) ويتمثل منهج الدراسة في المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه الأنسب والأقرب في هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقعها وجوانبها ووصفها وتحليلها، أما عينة الدراسة فقد اقتصرت على عينة من ممرضي مستشفى بسر معراج بالوادي، وقد تم توزيع 59إستمارة، وإسترجاع 43 إستمارة، أي عدد الإستمارات المدروسة هو 43 إستمارة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى الإتصال الرقمي أصبح من العناصر الأساسية داخل المؤسسات الصحية، لما يساهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية وتسهيل التواصل داخل المؤسسة، كما أن فعاليته ترتبط بتوفر التجهيزات التقنية والتكوين المستمر والدعم الإداري والتقني لضمان حسن استخدام الأنظمة الرقمية ""This study aims to examine digital communication within the public health institution, taking the ""Besr Meradji Hospital in El Oued"" as a case study. To achieve this objective and address the scope of the study, we formulated the following main problem: What is the reality of digital communication in Algerian public health institutions from the perspective of nurses? Based on this main problem, we pose the following sub-questions: • What is the level of availability of digital infrastructure in public health institutions? • What are the most prominent obstacles preventing the effective utilization of digital communication in public health institutions? • What are the attitudes of nurses toward institutional digital communication in improving the quality of healthcare? Study Hypotheses • Public health institutions do not possess sufficient digital infrastructure to enable nurses to utilize digital communication tools regularly and effectively. • Organizational and cultural obstacles constitute the most influential barriers affecting the effectiveness of digital communication within the institution. • Nurses' attitudes toward digital communication vary according to their personal and professional variables (age, experience, educational level, and department). Methodology and Sample This study adopts the descriptive-analytical approach, as it is the most appropriate for understanding, describing, and analyzing the reality and various dimensions of the topic. The study sample was limited to a group of nurses at the Besr Meradji Hospital in El Oued. A total of fifty-nine questionnaires were distributed to the study participants, of which forty-three questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed. Key Findings The study concluded that digital communication has become an essential element within health institutions due to its contribution to improving the quality of health services and facilitating internal communication. Furthermore, its effectiveness is closely linked to the availability of technical equipment, continuous training, and administrative and technical support to ensure the proper utilization of digital systems "
