أثر التحول الرقمي للمؤسسات في تحسين الاداء المالي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر التحول الرقمي في تحسين الأداء المالي لعينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية الوادي من وجهة نظر موظفي الإدارة المالية ، حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا هاته على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمنا استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية الجمع البيانات حول عينة عشوائية بحجم 53 موظفا بالإدارة المالية من المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية الوادي، استرجعت كاملة وكانت قابلة للدراسة ، كما اعتمدت هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في إصداره رقم 22، وذلك من أجل معالجة وتحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الاستبيان وتم اختبار نتائج الدراسة عن طريق مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية. وتوصلنا في نهاية دراستنا أن هناك أثر إيجابي لتحول المؤسسة الاقتصادية رقميا في تحسين أدائها المالي من وجهة نظر موظفي الإدارة المالية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة، حيث كان هناك تأثير إيجابي لكل من البنية التحتية الرقمية والموارد البشرية المؤهلة والإستراتيجية الرقمية في تحسين الأداء المالي من وجهة نظر موظفي الإدارة المالية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية محل الدراسة. This study aims to explore the impact of digital transformation on improving the financial performance of a sample of economic institutions in the Wilaya of El Oued from the perspective of financial management employees. In this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach and used a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a random sample of 53 financial management employees in economic institutions in El Oued. All questionnaires were retrieved and deemed suitable for analysis. The study primarily utilized the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), version 22, to process and analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire. The study's results were tested using a set of statistical tools. At the conclusion of our study, we found that there is a positive impact of an economic institution's digital transformation on improving its financial performance from the perspective of financial management employees in the studied economic institutions. Specifically, there was a positive effect of both digital infrastructure and qualified human resources on enhancing financial performance. However, the institution's adoption of a clearly defined digital strategy show a significant impact on improving financial performance from the viewpoint of the financial management employees in the studied economic institutions."
