Abstract

" تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تكامل الأدوار بين الأسرة والمدرسة على التفوق الدراسي للأبناء في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط ،حيث تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل يساهم تكامل الأدوار بين الأسرة والمدرسة على التفوق الدراسي للأبناء؟ الذي اندرجت تحته التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: - هل يساهم التواصل الفعال بين الأسرة والمدرسة في التفوق الدراسي للأبناء؟ - هل المتابعة الأسرية للأبناء تساهم في تفوقهم الدراسي ؟ - هل مشاركة التلميذ في النشاطات المدرسية يساهم في تفوقه الدراسي؟ وهدفت الدراسة إلى: - التعرف على مدى مساهمة التواصل الفعال بين الأسرة والمدرسة على التفوق الدراسي للأبناء. - إبراز أهمية المتابعة الأسرية على التفوق الدراسي للأبناء. - تفعيل المشاركة الإيجابية في النشاطات المدرسية وإبراز دورها في التفوق الدراسي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أداة استمارة المقابلة لجمع البيانات على عينة مكونة من 50تلميذا متفوقا في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط. وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1- يساهم التواصل بين الأسرة والمدرسة في زيادة دافعية التلميذ للتعلم وشعوره بالاهتمام مما يجعله أكثرا حرصا على إسعاد أسرته وإبراز قدراته، فينعكس إيجابيا على تحصيله الدراسي. 2- للمتابعة الأسرية أهمية بالغة في انضباط التلميذ واكتسابه القيم وتحمله للمسؤولية، وتعزيز الثقة بالنفس ما يجعله متفوقا في دراسته. 3- للمشاركة في النشاطات المدرسية أثر واضح وكبير في تنمية المهارات وصقل المواهب والتحلي بروح التعاون والعمل الجماعي والشعور بالانتماء فيساعد ذلك على اندماج التلميذ في محيطه المدرسي وتعلقه به مما ينعكس على تفوقه. "" This study aims to investigate the effect of role integration between the family and the school on the academic excellence of students at the middle school level. The following main research question was raised: Is there a relationship between family-school role integration and students' academic excellence? This central question encompasses the following sub-questions: • Does effective communication between the family and the school contribute to students' academic excellence? • Does parental follow-up contribute to students' academic excellence? • Does student participation in school activities contribute to their academic excellence? The study sought to achieve the following objectives: • To identify the extent to which effective family-school communication contributes to students' academic excellence. • To highlight the significance of parental follow-up in fostering students' academic excellence. • To promote positive participation in school activities and underscore its role in achieving academic excellence. The study adopted a descriptive research methodology, employing an interview questionnaire as a data collection instrument, administered to a sample of 50 academically distinguished students at the middle school level. The study yielded the following findings: 1. Family-school communication enhances students' motivation to learn and fosters a sense of being valued, which encourages them to strive for achievement and demonstrate their capabilities, thereby positively impacting their academic performance. 2. Parental follow-up plays a crucial role in promoting students' discipline, instilling values, fostering a sense of responsibility, and reinforcing self-confidence, all of which contribute significantly to academic excellence. 3. Participation in school activities has a considerable and evident impact on the development of skills, the refinement of talents, and the cultivation of a cooperative spirit and sense of belonging, facilitating students' integration into the school environment and ultimately enhancing their academic achievement.
