أثر إدارة المعرفة على الرضا الوظيفي لدى الأطباء

Abstract

The study aimed to examine the impact of knowledge management on job satisfaction among a random sample of 72 doctors at Ahmed Medghari Public Hospital in Saïda. To achieve this, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. Data were processed using SPSS V.27 and the study model and hypotheses were tested through multiple linear regression analysis. The study found a statistically significant positive effect of knowledge management dimensions (knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge creation, knowledge documentation, and knowledge retention) on job satisfaction among doctors at the hospital under study
