علاقة التسويف الأكاديمي بإدارة الوقت لدى تلاميذ البكالوريا بثانوية هواري بومدين الزاوية العابدية –ولاية توقرت

Abstract

"حيث هدفت الى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين هدين المتغيرين، ومدى تأثير كل منها في الأخر، حيث انطلقت إشكالية البحث من السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما علاقة التسويف الأكاديمي بإدارة الوقت لدى تلاميذ البكالوريا بثانوية هواري بومدين؟ ويتفرع عنها الأسئلة الفرعية التالية: ـ ما علاقة التسويف الاكاديمي بالتخطيط لدى تلاميذ البكالوريا بثانوية هواري بومدين؟ ـ ما علاقة التسويف الاكاديمي بالتنظيم لدى تلاميذ البكالوريا بثانوية هواري بومدين ؟ ـ ما علاقة التسويف الاكاديمي بالمتابعة لدى تلاميذ البكالوريا بثانوية هواري بومدين ؟ يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى التسويف الأكاديمي بالمؤسسات التربوية، انعكاسها على إدارة الوقت ، من خلال دارسة ميدانية استهدفت عينة تلاميذ البكالوريا بثانوية هواري بومدين بتوقرت؛ حيث أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية عكسية بين المتغيرين ،أي كلما زاد مستوى التسويف الأكاديمي لدى التلاميذ انخفضت كفاءته في إدارة الوقت والعكس صحيح ، كما كشفت الدراسة عن انتشار ملحوظ للتسويف الأكاديمي بين التلاميذ وضعف في مهارات التخطيط والتنظيم والمتابعة على الوقت وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الكمي والكيفي، واستخدمت الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعها على 100مفردة من أفراد العينة، وتم تحليل النتائج إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج spss ؛ توصل البحث إلى أن التسويف الأكاديمي بأبعادها المختلفة يؤثر بشكل كبير على إدارة الوقت في الثانوية ، مع وجود علاقة إيجابية بينهما. كما أظهرت النتائج أن المتغيرات الشخصية، مثل الجنس والعمر، تؤثر على آراء التلاميذ حول التسويف وإدارة الوقت، من أبرز الاستنتاجات أن التخطيط يلعب دوًار محورًيا في تحسين إدارة الوقت، وأن التنظيم الجيد للوقت يؤثر بشكل إيجابي على الوقت داخل المؤسسة التربوية؛ ""This research aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the two variables and the extent to which each influences the other. The research problem stemmed from the following main question: What is the relationship between academic procrastination and time management among baccalaureate students at. Houari Boumediene High School? This is further broken down into the following sub-questions: What is the relationship between academic procrastination and planning among baccalaureate students at. Houari Boumediene High School? What is the relationship between academic procrastination and organization among baccalaureate students at. Houari Boumediene High School? What is the relationship between academic procrastination and follow-up among baccalaureate students at. Houari Boumediene High School? The research aims to identify the level of academic procrastination in educational institutions and its impact on time management, through a field study targeting. A sample of baccalaureate students at Houari Boumediene High School in Touggourt: The study showed an inverse correlation between the two variables; that is, the higher the level of academic procrastination among students, the lower their efficiency in time management, and vice versa. The study also revealed a noticeable prevalence of academic procrastination among students and weaknesses in planning, organization, and time management skills. We adopted a quantitative and qualitative approach, and used a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. It was distributed to 100 members of the sample, and the results were analyzed statistically using SPSS software. The research concluded that academic procrastination, in its various dimensions, significantly affects time management in high school, with a positive relationship between them. The results also showed that personal variables such as gender and age influence students’ opinions about procrastination and time management. One of the most prominent conclusions is that planning plays a pivotal role in improving time management, and that good time management has a positive impact on time within the educational institution.
