دراسة الخصائص البنيوية والضوئية لأغشية أكسيد الزنك المحضرة بتراكيز مختلفة

Abstract

تم تحضير أغشية رقيقة من أكسيد الزنك ) ZnO ( على ركائز زجاجية باستخدام تقنية الرش الكيميائي الحراري عند درجة حرارة C ° 500 . تم دراسة تأثير التغير في التركيز المولي للمحلول على الخصائص البنيوية والضوئية للأغشية المحضرة. أظهرت نتائج تحليل حيود الأشعة السينية ) XRD ( أن جميع العينات تمتلك بنية بلورية سداسية من نوع Wurtzite ، مع هيمنة واضحة للاتجاه البلوري ) 002 (، وهو دليل على نمو مفضل عموديًا على سطح الركيزة. كما لوحظ تحسن جودة التبلور مع زيادة التركيز، وزيادة القد الحبيبي. من الناحية الضوئية أظهرت الأغشية شفافية عالية في المجال المرئي تتراوح بين 75 % و 98 %، حيث زادت النفاذية بزيادة التركيز. كما لوحظ ارتفاع الفاصل الطاقي مع زيادة التركيز، وهو مؤشر على تقليل مستويات العيوب داخل الشبكة البلورية. من ناحية أخرى، أظهرت قياسات المقاومة النوعية باستخدام تقنية المسابر الأربعة زيادة في المقاومية مع زيادة السمك. Thin films of zinc oxide (ZnO) were deposited on glass substrates using the spray pyrolysis technique at a substrate temperature of 500°C. The effect of varying the molar concentration of the precursor solution on the structural and optical properties of the prepared films was investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis revealed that all samples exhibit a hexagonal wurtzite crystalline structure, with a dominant (002) crystallographic orientation, indicating a preferred vertical growth on the substrate surface. An improvement in crystallinity and an increase in crystallite size were observed with increasing concentration. From the optical perspective, the films exhibited high transparency in the visible range, between 75% and 98%, with transmittance increasing as concentration increased. A rise in the optical band gap was also observed with higher concentrations, which indicates a reduction in defect states within the crystalline network. On the other hand, electrical resistivity measurements using the four-point probe technique showed an increase in resistivity with increasing film thickness. Keywords:
