إعداد دليل مقابلة إرشادية لتحديد الحاجات الإرشادية النفسية موجه للمرشد المبتدئ

Abstract

"هدفت الدراسة الحالية المعنونة ""إعداد دليل المقابلة الإرشادية لتحديد الحاجات الإرشادية النفسية ""إلى منح المرشد المبتدئ أداة علمية ومنهجية تمكنه من تحديد الحاجات الإرشادية للمسترشد بسهولة, حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ,وقد تكونت العينة من (04) مسترشدين من ولاية الوادي, تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية ,كما أستخدمت أداتي المقابلة والملاحظة في جمع البيانات لتحديد الحاجات الإرشادية النفسية للمسرشدين. بعد إجراء كافة المقابلات تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1- دليل المقابلة الإرشادية له دور في تمكين المرشد المبتدئ من تحديد الحاجات الارشادية النفسية للمسترشد. 2- دليل المقابلة الإرشادية له دور في رفع الكفاءة المهنية للمرشد الجديد. 3- دليل المقابلة الإرشادية له دور في تكوين و تعزيز العلاقة بين المرشد والمسترشد. ""The current study, entitled ""Preparing a Counseling Interview Guide to Identify Psychological Counseling Needs,"" aimed to provide novice counselors with a scientific and methodological tool that would enable them to easily identify their clients' counseling needs. This study relied on a descriptive approach, and the sample consisted of (04) counselors from El Oued Province, who were selected intentionally. Interview and observation tools were used to collect data to identify the counselors' psychological counseling needs. After conducting all interviews, the following conclusions were reached: 1.The counseling interview guide plays a role in enabling novice counselors to identify their clients' psychological counseling needs. .2The counseling interview guide plays a role in enhancing the professional competence of new counselors. .3The counseling interview guide plays a role in forming and strengthening the relationship between counselor and client "
