أثر تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي على كفاءة العمليات المالية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية - دراسة حالة بنك البركة وكالة الوادي -

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي على كفاءة العمليات المالية داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى بنك البركة – وكالة الوادي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة منهجًا وصفيًا تحليليًا مدعومًا بجانب ميداني شمل جمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام أدوات إحصائية ملائمة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البنك محل الدراسة ساهم بشكل ملحوظ في تحسين جودة ودقة وسرعة تنفيذ العمليات المالية، كما ساعد في خفض نسبة الأخطاء البشرية وزيادة فعالية نظم الرقابة. إلا أن ذلك لم يكن خاليًا من التحديات، لا سيما على مستوى نقص الكفاءات التقنية وصعوبات التكيف مع الأنظمة الجديدة. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار في التكوين المستمر، وتطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية، وتوفير إطار قانوني مرن يساعد على تعميم وتوسيع استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في القطاع المالي الجزائري. This study aims to highlight the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) applications on the efficiency of financial operations within economic institutions, through a field case study of Al Baraka Bank – El Oued Branch. The research adopts a descriptive and analytical methodology, supported by a field component involving data collection and statistical analysis. The study concludes that the adoption of AI technologies in the bank has significantly improved the quality, accuracy, and speed of financial operations. It also reduced human errors and enhanced the effectiveness of internal control systems. However, the process faced challenges, particularly in terms of limited technical expertise and difficulties in adapting to new systems. The study recommends investing in continuous training, upgrading digital infrastructure, and establishing a flexible legal framework to support the widespread use of AI technologies in Algeria’s financial sector.
