Abstract

"تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول تحليل التحول الرقمي وعلاقته بتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الجامعية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية على أساتذة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بولاية الوادي وانطلقت الدراسة من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الجامعية؟ حيث تم بناء فرضية عامة تنص على أن التحول الرقمي له دور ذو دلالة في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية الأكاديمية والتنافسية للمؤسسة الجامعية. ويندرج تحت هذا التساؤل الرئيسي مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية تمثلت فيما يلي: 1. هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية والإدارية؟ 2. هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق الأهداف الأكاديمية والبيداغوجية؟ 3. هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق الأهداف التنافسية وتطوير المكانة الاستراتيجية للجامعة؟ وتماشياً مع طبيعة وأهداف الدراسة التي سعت إلى وصف وتحليل واقع التحول الرقمي وإبراز علاقته بأهداف المؤسسة الجامعية، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره الأنسب لمعالجة هذا النوع من الدراسات. وقد تم اختيار مجتمع الدراسة من أساتذة قسم العلوم الاجتماعية، حيث تم اعتماد أسلوب المسح الشامل نظراً لصغر حجم المجتمع، وبلغت العينة (44) أستاذاً وأستاذة. كما تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، والتي عولجت إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وبعد تحليل البيانات، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الجامعية ككل. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية جداً بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية والإدارية ، مما يعكس دور الرقمنة في تعزيز الشفافية وتحسين الأداء الإداري. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق الأهداف الأكاديمية والبيداغوجية ، وهو ما يدل على مساهمة الرقمنة في تطوير جودة التعليم وتنمية مهارات الطلبة. - تسجيل أقوى علاقة ارتباطية بين التحول الرقمي وتحقيق الأهداف التنافسية وتطوير المكانة الاستراتيجية للجامعة، مما يؤكد أن الرقمنة تمثل الركيزة الأساسية لتعزيز التنافسية والانفتاح على البيئة الأكاديمية العالمية. وتُبرز هذه النتائج أن التحول الرقمي لم يعد مجرد توجه تقني، بل أصبح خياراً استراتيجياً حتمياً يفرض نفسه على المؤسسات الجامعية، لما له من دور محوري في تحسين الأداء، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، ورفع المكانة التنافسية في ظل التحولات العالمية المتسارعة." "This study focused on analyzing digital transformation and its relationship with achieving the objectives of the university institution, through a field study conducted on professors from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at the University of Martyr Hamma Lakhdar in El Oued Province. The study was guided by a main research question: Is there a statistically significant correlation between digital transformation and the achievement of university institutional objectives? Accordingly, a general hypothesis was formulated stating that digital transformation has a significant role in achieving the academic, organizational, and competitive objectives of the university institution. From this main question, several sub-questions were derived, as follows: 1. Is there a statistically significant correlation between digital transformation and the achievement of organizational and administrative objectives? 2. Is there a statistically significant correlation between digital transformation and the achievement of academic and pedagogical objectives? 3. Is there a statistically significant correlation between digital transformation and the achievement of competitive objectives and the development of the university’s strategic position? In line with the nature and objectives of the study, which aimed to describe and analyze the reality of digital transformation and highlight its relationship with university institutional objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was adopted as the most appropriate approach for such studies. The study population consisted of professors from the Department of Social Sciences, and a comprehensive survey method was used due to the small size of the population. The sample included (44) male and female professors. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, and the collected data were statistically processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). After analyzing the data, the study reached several key findings, most notably: • A strong positive statistically significant correlation between digital transformation and the achievement of university institutional objectives as a whole. • A very strong correlation between digital transformation and the achievement of organizational and administrative objectives, reflecting the role of digitalization in enhancing transparency and improving administrative performance. • A strong correlation between digital transformation and the achievement of academic and pedagogical objectives, indicating the contribution of digitalization to improving the quality of education and developing students’ skills. • The strongest correlation was recorded between digital transformation and the achievement of competitive objectives and the development of the university’s strategic position, confirming that digitalization represents a fundamental pillar for enhancing competitiveness and openness to the global academic environment. These findings highlight that digital transformation is no longer merely a technical trend; rather, it has become an essential strategic choice for higher education institutions due to its pivotal role in improving performance, enhancing educational quality, and strengthening competitive positioning amid accelerating global changes."
