أثر تبني أخلاقيات الأعمال في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي دراسة حالة اتصالات الجزائر-بالوادي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تبني أخلاقيات الأعمال في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي, حيث أجريت الدراسة الميدانية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي ,وذلك بالاعتماد على نموذج يقيس أثر أخلاقيات الأعمال بأبعاده والمتمثلة في: القانوني, الإنساني ,الثقافي والعملي, وقد تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات, حيث تم توزيعه على عينة متكونه من 100 عامل في المؤسسة, وتم استرجاع 98 منها, ولتحليل البيانات واختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وبعد تقدير النموذج القياسي توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود أثر معنوي إيجابي لأخلاقيات الأعمال من خلال البعد الإنساني على الالتزام التنظيمي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة, بينما باقي الأبعاد الثلاثة: القانوني، الثقافي والعملي فقد أثبتت النتائج عدم وجود أثر لها في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي. This study aims to measure the impact of adopting business ethics on enhancing organizational commitment. The field study was conducted at Algeria Telecom in El Oued, relying on a model that measures the impact of business ethics across its dimensions: legal, human, cultural, and practical. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, distributed to a sample of 100 employees at the organization, 98 of whom were retrieved. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and test the study's hypotheses. After estimating the standard model, the study reached several results, the most important of which are: a significant positive impact of business ethics through the human dimension on organizational commitment at the organization under study. The results of the remaining three dimensions—legal, cultural, and practical—proved that they had no impact on enhancing organizational commitment at Algeria Telecom in El Oued.
