دور التحول الرقمي للمؤسسات في تحسين أداء العاملين دراسة حالة بريد الجزائر بالوادي

Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الدور الذي يلعبه التحول الرقمي في تحسين أداء العاملين بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر من وجهة نظر العاملين، حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا هاته على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمنا استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات حول عينة عشوائية بحجم 60 عاملا من مكاتب وحدة بريد الجزائر بالوادي أسترجع منها 50 استبيانا،كما اعتمدت هذه الدراسة بشكل أساسي على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية في إصداره رقم 25 ، وذلك من أجل معالجة وتحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الاستبيان، وتم اختبار نتائج الدراسة عن طريق مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية. وتوصلنا في نهاية دراستنا إلى أن التحول الرقمي هو عملية تطبيق التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة في أداء العمليات و الخدمات , من أجل تحسين الكفاءة و الإنتاجية و تعزيز التنافسية , هناك تطبيق جيد لأبعاد التحول الرقمي ببريد الجزائر لولاية الوادي من وجهة نظر العاملين به , حيث كان لها تأثير ايجابي في تحسين أدائهم , هناك علاقة إيجابية بين التحول الرقمي وأداء العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة . This study aims to investigate the role digital transformation plays in improving employee performance at Algeria Post from the perspective of employees. We relied on a descriptive-analytical approach and used questionnaire as the primary tool for collecting data on a random sample of 60 employees from the offices of the Algeria Post unit in El Oued (AS50). This study will primarily use the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 to process and analyze the data obtained through the questionnaire. The study results were tested using a set of statistical tools At the end of the study, we conclude that Digital transformation is the process of applying modern digital technologies to the performance of operations and services in order to improve production efficiency, there is good implementation of the dimensions of digital transformation at Algeria Post in El Oued from the perspective of its employees, as it has had a positive impact on improving efficiency, there is a positive relationship between digital transformation and employee performance in the institution under study.
