Abstract

" تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال و مساهمتها في تطوير الأداء الإعلامي في الإذاعة المحلية حيث تم التركيز في إشكالية الدراسة على مدى دور تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال في تطوير الأداء الإعلامي في إذاعتي الوادي و الجديد المحليتين ؛ و قد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على منهج المسح الشامل من خلال أداتي الملاحظة و الاستبيان حيث تم ذلك باستخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل على صحيفتي إذاعة الوادي و الجديد المحليتين في ولاية الوادي و البالغ عددهم 35 صحفي. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : 1-أن مؤسسة إذاعة الوادي والجديد تضمن فعالية الشبكة الداخلية في تبادل المعلومات بشكل آمن وسريع. هذا يعكس حرص المؤسسة على توفير شبكة داخلية موثوقة تدعم نقل البيانات والمعلومات بين الموظفين والأقسام المختلفة بشكل سلس، مما يساهم في تحسين التنسيق بين الفرق والعمل بشكل أكثر كفاءة. استخدام الشبكة الداخلية بشكل آمن يعزز من حماية المعلومات الحساسة ويقلل من المخاطر المرتبطة بالتسريب أو الاختراق، مما يضمن بيئة عمل إلكترونية آمنة وفعالة. 2-أن المؤسسة تستخدم هذه التقنيات بفعالية في التفاعل السريع مع الأزمات والمستجدات، وهو ما يعكس نضجًا في توظيف الوسائل الحديثة بما يخدم الأهداف الاتصالية للمؤسسة ويستجيب لحاجات الجمهور؛ 3-أن المؤسسة تشهد تحولًا في الثقافة المهنية، إذ بات التكوين المستمر في تكنولوجيا الاتصال والتفاعل الرقمي عنصرًا مهمًا في بناء القدرات البشرية داخل المؤسسة، وهو ما يشكل أرضية خصبة لتحسين جودة الأداء على المدى الطويل. " This study aims to identify the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and its contribution to enhancing media performance in local radio stations. The research problem focused on the extent to which ICT contributes to the development of media performance in the local radio stations of El Oued and El Jadid. The study adopted the social survey method, employing observation and questionnaires as research tools. A comprehensive survey was conducted on the journalists working at El Oued and El Jadid radio stations in the Wilaya of El Oued, totaling 35 journalists. The study reached the following conclusions: 1. Internal Network Efficiency: The El Oued and El Jadid radio stations ensure the effectiveness of their internal network in securely and swiftly exchanging information. This reflects the institution’s commitment to providing a reliable internal network that facilitates smooth data and information transfer between employees and departments, enhancing coordination and efficiency. The secure use of the internal network also protects sensitive information and reduces the risk of data breaches, ensuring a secure and effective electronic work environment. 2. Crisis Response: The institution effectively uses modern technologies to respond quickly to crises and developments, demonstrating maturity in utilizing modern tools to serve the organization’s communication objectives and meet audience needs. 3. Professional Culture Shift: The organization is undergoing a transformation in professional culture, where continuous training in communication technology and digital interaction has become essential to human capacity building within the institution. This shift provides a fertile ground for long-term performance improvement.
