Study summary: This study aims to identify the level of psychological hardness and its relationship to psychological pressure among teachers and educators of people with special needs. -Psychological hardness test prepared by Mukhaimer (2002) and was codified by Bashir Maamari in 1993 -Psychological stress test (p/s/q) by Fantian et al., using statistical methods, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and anova test.
