دور القيادة الادارية في تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي

Abstract

" هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على "" دور القيادة الإدارية في تحقيق الاستقرار الوظيفي"" من خلال تسليط الضوء على دور الأنماط الثلاثة : النمط الأوتوقراطي , النمط الديمقراطي , النمط الحر وكذلك من خلال أثرها على الاستقرار الوظيفي للموظفين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة "" بلدية الوادي"" , وقد أعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بطريقة العينة لآراء عينة عشوائية تعدادها 50 مفردة موزعة بين الموظفين, وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات, وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها ,كما قمنا بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS .V21 ) , ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها : هناك علاقة بين طبيعة القيادة الإدارية السائدة ومستويات الاستقرار الوظيفي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. النمط السائد في بلدية الوادي هو مزيج من النمط الديمقراطي والنمط الحر. وجود علاقة ارتباط مرتفعة بين أبعاد القيادة الإدارية والاستقرار الوظيفي, حيث بلغت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون 60 %. " This study aimed to identify ""the role of administrative leadership in achieving job stability"" by highlighting the role of the three styles: autocratic style, democratic style, free style, as well as through their impact on the job stability of employees in the institution under study "" El Oued Municipality"". The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach using the sample method for the opinions of a random sample of 50 individuals distributed among employees. Data were collected using the questionnaire as a data collection tool, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. We also used the statistical package program (SPSS), including the correlation coefficient and the method of simple and multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: - There is a relationship between the nature of the prevailing administrative leadership and the levels of job stability in the institution under study. -The prevailing style in El Oued Municipality is a combination of the democratic and the liberal style. - the results indicating a high correlation between the dimensions of administrative leadership and job stability. The Pearson correlation coefficient reached 60%."
