Abstract

يُعدُّ مبدأ التأدب في الخطاب القرآني أحد أبرز السمات التي تميز أسلوب القرآن في الحوار والتواصل. ومن خلال قراءة تداولية لعدد من النماذج القرآنية، اتضح أن الخطاب في القرآن اعتمد أساليب حوارية متنوعة، والتي تُظهر حرصه على احترام المخاطب وإقناعه دون فرض الرأي عليه. ففي حوار النبي إبراهيم مع أبيه، وحوار شعيب مع قومه، وحوار موسى مع فرعون، نلحظ استخدام النداء اللطيف، والاستفهام، والتواضع، مما يعكس أدب الخطاب القرآني. هذه الأساليب تُقدِّم منهجًا متكاملًا في فن الحوار، هذا المنهج يعتمد على الحكمة والموعظة الحسنة، مع الحفاظ على الكرامة الإنسانية. يُظهر القرآن أن التأدب في الحوار ليس مجرد أسلوب بلاغي، بل هو تعبير عن رؤية شاملة تُقدِّر الإنسان وتحرص على هدايته بكل لطف واحترام، مما يجعل القرآن مصدرًا خالدًا للإلهام في فن التواصل. The principle of politeness in the Quranic discourse stands out as one of the most prominent features that distinguish the Quran's style of dialogue and communication. Through a pragmatic analysis of selected Quranic examples, it becomes evident that the Quran employs diverse dialogical techniques, such as restraint, skepticism, and amicability, which reflect its emphasis on respecting the interlocutor and persuading them without imposing opinions. In the dialogues of Prophet Ibrahim with his father, Prophet Shoayb with his people, and Prophet Musa with Pharaoh, we observe the use of gentle address, questioning, and humility, all of which reflect the politeness of Quranic discourse. These techniques present a comprehensive approach to the art of dialogue, relying on wisdom and good counsel while preserving human dignity. The Quran demonstrates that politeness in dialogue is not merely a rhetorical device but an expression of a holistic vision that values humanity and seeks to guide it with kindness and respect. This makes the Quran a timeless source of inspiration for the art of communication.
