Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن كأداة استراتيجية حديثة لتقييم الأداء وتعظيم قيمة المؤسسة، خاصة في ظل التحولات المتسارعة في بيئة الأعمال، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداة الاستبيان، وركزت على اختبار العلاقة بين أبعاد البطاقة الأربعة (المالي، الزبائن، العمليات الداخلية، التعلم والنمو) وتعظيم القيمة المؤسسية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين هذه الأبعاد وتعظيم قيمة المؤسسة، مما يؤكد فعالية البطاقة في توجيه الأداء نحو الأهداف الاستراتيجية، وتوصي الدراسة باعتماد هذه الأداة في المؤسسات الصناعية، مع تعزيز الأبعاد غير المالية وتأهيل الموارد البشرية لضمان تطبيق فعّال ومستدام. " This study aimed to highlight the role of the Balanced Scorecard as a modern strategic tool for performance evaluation and value maximization of the organization, especially in light of the rapid transformations in the business environment., The study adopted the descriptive-analytical method and used a questionnaire as its main tool. It focused on examining the relationship between the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard (financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth) and the maximization of organizational value. The results showed statistically significant relationships between these dimensions and organizational value maximization, confirming the effectiveness of the Balanced Scorecard in directing performance toward strategic objectives. The study recommends adopting this tool in industrial organizations, with an emphasis on strengthening non-financial dimensions and developing human resources to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.
